Kimmie Stewart Was Awesome! For three weeks my wife and I looked at several cars and car dealers from one end of the Phoenix valley to the other to find the right fit for my daug For three weeks my wife and I looked at several cars and car dealers from one end of the Phoenix valley to the other to find the right fit for my daughter to purchase her first car. After being told over and over that we would have to co-sign for my daughter because of her age (though she already had credit and an excellent paying job), we found a dealer who said they would finance her at 12% interest (because, as they told her, of her being a first time buyer and her credit rating) with a car that only had a four star safety rating. Not feeling right on the inside my wife left and by chance (or we believe divine leading) stopped at Avondale Toyota. There her and my daughter met Kimie Stewart who not only did an excellent and patient time detailing the features and safety of Toyota products and the Corolla, but also gave us a great explanation of how some other dealerships (especially the one my wife had just left) can take advantage of unknowing customers through their financing programs. Then after running my daughter credit showed us that her credit score was much higher and better than what we were told and showed. He then gave us the great news that my daughter's credit was strong enough for her to get financed with no co-signer and at 0% interest!! To add icing to the already fantastic cake Kimie created for us, he called us the next day to say that he found another Corolla in the exact color my daughter wanted with ALL of the features that my daughter desired, and some she (and my wife and I) didn't expect but definitely appreciate because it adds extra safety for my daughter. I truly appreciate Kimie above the bar service, education, and professionalism. He delivered to us the car of my daughter desires and also reaffirmed that there are good, honest, integral and customer driven car salespeople out there. Will definitely highly recommend Kimie and Avondale Toyota to everyone who wants a great car and an even better buying experience! More

Terry Pickle had my deal written up when I showed up at the dealership and from that moment on the transaction was seamless. No addendums on their vehicles and no underhanded shenanigans. It is truly a "One Price" dealership. And buying a car is by no means all about price. It's my money and I want to deal with someone who makes the whole car buying experience enjoyable and Terry Pickle made that happen in spades. I felt like I got a great deal and at the end of the day that's what really matters. They have a customer for life with me. More

He was everything a new car buyer could ever wish for. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, fair and all around just an amazing salesman. He changed my entire perspective on dealerships and car buying. I have absoultely nothing bad to say! I walked in attempting to get a Scion FR-S, but sadly it just was not in the cards. Thankfully he was able to work his magic and get me everything I had asked for and beyond that in a brand new TC. I am so in love with this vehicle I never want to stop driving it, I can't even wait until I leave work at the end of a really long day just to be back in it! I really liked that he was the only one that got to help me and only speak with. Having to only deal with him really put my mind at ease as a very young new first time car buyer. If I ever have any issues I definitely feel safe to pick up my phone and give him a call. I can honestly say I have never recieved better service anywhere else and he really set the bar high for me! We were also given a better-than-expected trade-in value and an up-front financing rate via phone before making a long drive to the dealership. Given these factors, the experience was truly no-hassle. There were no surprises (except for the overall ease and comfort of the experience). Our rep, Eric, was very helpful, courteous, and friendly throughout the process. There was no "selling" involved, and all went smoothly and pleasantly. Eric demonstrated everything we wished to have demonstrated via a walk-through and test drive, and then made sure we had all our questions answered before we pulled away in our newly acquired vehicle. And he has continued answering questions for us via phone as they have come up afterwards. Definitely a thumbs-up! More
