Today I decided to go back to Avondale Toyota I didn't want to, but I did, needed a battery for this 2019 Highlander, After the oil change, mechanic tells me I better get a battery it is fixing to go out. So, I head to Costco auto center in Avondale, and guess what, Costco interstate does not make this battery for this car. Now I must go to Avondale Toyota I arrive, and their service advisor tells me it will be about 1:30, I said OK, and talked to her about my experience with the previous visit and told her I talked to Jonathan Garcia (Customer Relations Manager) Well the battery was changed in the 1:30 they quoted, and the service advisor tells me there is no charge for the replacement battery. I must tell you: I went to see Jonathan to thank him for this wonderful service. Since Jonathan was not there talked to C.J. and I had to thank them both I told him they have restored my faith in this dealership. I will be back to visit and be a return customer Thank you for the great customer service, this is what it's supposed be like. Thank you again!!!!

I purchased the vehicle 02/2024. The vehicle was sold as Certified Pre-Owned, yet was in the body shop and painted on 02/13/24. This review and website will do little, if any to stop this dealship’s dishonest and misleading practices-however, if it helps one buyer I’m fine with that. I trusted these guys, my mistake. They lied, their mistake.

No I was lied to by your sales person. Somehow you guys entered in the wrong VIN number, the completely wrong truck on trade in. It should have been an exchange which is what your salesman Jose told me, which was a lie. Then you call me up a week later having me reverify everything because you made a mistake and now I'm financially paying for it. It's pretty stressful, I've never spent so much time at a dealership to deal with this issue. Which never got solved!

Of course you didn't know about that. Why would your salesman tell you about that. That extra $1,000 should've come out of Alberto's pocket, not mine. It is his mistake. When I told Alberto that I don't want to pay and shouldn't have to pay that extra money, he pulled out lawyer talk. Truly awful customer service! Nearly doubled my negative equity from 6k to 11k. I drove around the bad truck for only two days, seems to me that avondale toyota charged me 6k to have a truck for two days!
