From a customer standpoint it makes things a little less stressful and seamless. Stew went as far as driving the vehicle out to my home late one evening which is about 40 miles from both the dealership and his home. His wonderful wife soon followed to pick him up. We all sat around and chatted for a while. They were not there just to complete a transaction and leave, they truly care about people. Tommy was great to work with. I had heard the "One Person, One Price" with regards to Avondale Toyota and thought no way, but it was true - I dealt only with Tommy and was given the one best price (which was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the exact same car at other dealerships), there was no pressure for any add ons - the salesmen at Avondale get paid the same no matter what you pay so there is no pressure to jack up the price with all those add ons. I have been contacted by Tommy to make sure I am happy with my new car and to remind me he is available for any future needs or questions. I have already referred friends to Tommy and Avondale Toyota for their new car needs. More

Above and Beyond!!!! I have bought all my vehicles from Avondale Toyota. All of my experiences have been amazing but my last two have been exceptional. Kimie helped me two I have bought all my vehicles from Avondale Toyota. All of my experiences have been amazing but my last two have been exceptional. Kimie helped me two years ago trade in my more expensive Toyota Highlander for a less expensive Camry. I wasn't excited about doing this but due to life changes it was necessary. Kimie was very sympathetic and made sure I didn't get myself into something I still couldn't afford. He at one point told me life has ups and downs and things will turn around and he's sure he'll see me back buying something bigger. He was right! Two years later I traded in my Camry for a brand new Rav 4. Kimie helped me and my family the best deal possible and exactly what I wanted. My husband wanted to know when we were going to the "back room" to discuss financing. lol There is no back room or haggling. It is literally the best car buying experience anyone could have! I could go on and on about how great Avondale Toyota and kimie are. I'll end my review with I feel like a person not a dollar sign when I walk in and never feel haggled or pressured. Kimie answers his cell phone whether it's sell a new car or if my battery died and I don't know who to call! True story! My lease was up and hoped I would be able to work with him again. Words cannot describe what a outstanding sales person he is. He has your interest 100%. I told him what I was looking for and what I could spend. He ran numbers and showed me everything he was doing. He made me feel that he had my interest at hand and wanted to do what he could to meet the numbers I was looking for. He did a wonderful wonderful job. He is not about whats in it for him. He is about satisfying his customers. I feel he goes over and beyond. He treats all his customers the same. I have referred people to him and they have been very very happy. I feel he is a very good asset for Toyota. He is very very genuine man. Buying or leasing a car can be stressful and time consuming but he makes it a very pleasant experience. Won't go anywhere else! I was at the Larry Miller jeep/dodge next door looking at a 2016 Camry. My husband suggested we take a look at what Avondale Toyota had in stock befor I was at the Larry Miller jeep/dodge next door looking at a 2016 Camry. My husband suggested we take a look at what Avondale Toyota had in stock before I made a decision on that car. The guy at the dodge dealership grabbed us as we were making our way over to Toyota and said he had a buddy over there...to ask for him since we were going anyway. We did and his friend wasn't there. I can't tell you how happy we were that we were given Scheldon to deal with instead of the other guy. I have never met somebody in sales who was so transparent. The guy was honest, kind, respectfully blunt, and he ran his tail end off for us, trying to help us find something that we loved within our budget. I will never do business with another car dealership or with another sales rep ever again. I am scheldon at Avondale Toyota for life. I am sending my mother and my twin sister down to Scheldon to trade in their vehicles as well. Thank you so much for hiring real people. The manipulation game at most dealerships is so obvious it's painful... and the lack of xxxxxxxx at Avondale Toyota was genuinely appreciated. Toyota Avondale Delivers on the One Price Deal. I am a Toyota Brand fan - I can prove that because we are on our third Toyota - fist a Sienna, then a Sequoia and now a RAV4. With that said, I have purchased all my Toyotas at Toyota Avondale in Avondale, AZ. In this last purchase, I was serviced by Tommy Severado. He made the transition so simple and effortless. While on the phone with him, he looked up our prior information on the system, and he even quoted me the price of the unit that I was interested in purchasing. In fact, he did so much more over the phone than what I was able to accomplish, during a 1.5hour visit to my local Surprise, AZ dealership. It was night and day the difference. Since I live in Surprise, AZ, I tried to do the sales transaction with the local dealership but the Sales Rep went to the back office a total of 8 times before the Manager came out to hear what I wanted as a price and monthly payment. It was very mentally draining! But at Toyota Avondale, Tommy had several cars ready for me to view. He answered all my questions. He had the paperwork done too. And to be perfectly honest, even though this was my third vehicle purchase from them, I tried to see if they would lower the cost of the vehicle by giving me a "Loyalty Reward" and the answer was no - they are a true "One Price Mentality"...and that works for me because I know I am getting their best price up front.
