Great Experience Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I was extremely stressed at first because I had a little hiccup on my credit but Jak Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I was extremely stressed at first because I had a little hiccup on my credit but Jake was able to put my mind at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was relieved to learn I would only have to deal with him because he's both the sales and finance manager. Usually in a traditional dealership you're passed off to multiple people and you can be there for hours upon hours. Jake had me in and out quickly so I could enjoy the rest of my day. Seemed painless and relatively seemless until my credit reports were pulled for the third time. Or rather attempts were made as I have blocks/freezes to prevent random pulls without my expressed knowledge. Blocks/freezes may easily be lifted but I am not leaving my information exposed while others think about when they want to pull. Let me know when, and I will lift.
