Phenomenal Buying Experience I purchased a new '19 Toyota Tundra from Avondale Toyota on Sun, 2019/01/27. I cannot begin to describe how amazing the experience was. I've previou I purchased a new '19 Toyota Tundra from Avondale Toyota on Sun, 2019/01/27. I cannot begin to describe how amazing the experience was. I've previously stated that the devil invented two things: moving and vehicle purchasing. From the moment I met my sales manager, Reilly Glynn, I realized things were different from any other dealer. Sure, he told me up front, "We do things differently. Less pressure. blah blah." Sure dude, sure. But heck, he was right! The dealership's "One Price, One Person" program couldn't be any better. I've had miserable experiences in the past, but none of the previous things I've dealt with reared their head during my visit. I didn't experience a single darn pointless walk "back to my manager," I didn't have to haggle over the price, I didn't have to flex my credit score in an attempt to shutdown an overzealous sales person... none of it. Reilly asked me what I wanted, and I gave him a very clear picture. THAT night he had a truck for me to check out. I came back the next day (to avoid an overly hasty purchase), and BOOM. The truck I wanted. There were a few things I thought I wanted. I was picky about things like the lack of a large cup holder. Yes, a cup holder, leave me alone. Anywho, we worked everything out and I left with the truck. (I have a cup holder adapter installed, we're good, don't worry.) Not only was Reilly professional, but his attitude meshes well with his position. I worked as a technical trainer for over five years, during which time I also taught customer service with a heavy focus on soft skills. Reilly was right on the mark. It's rare to find someone who makes things so easy when dealing with a potentially difficult purchase, especially one of this magnitude. Very, very happy with my experience. I will be singing his praises for quite a while. More
