I purchased a Toyota the next week with Tommy as my salesman, and again, was completely safisfied with the car buying experience from start to finish. I enjoy the experience of not having to go to a finance dept to feel pressured or bullied into adding something to your purchase that isnt necessary. Its refreshing to have 1 person do the entire process from selecting a vehicle, test driving, sitting down at one desk going over numbers, completing the financing, then delivering you're vehicle and answering any questions over new features and demonstrating how they work. I lived 2 hours away from Avondale in Sedona, AZ and Jake even personally delivered the car to me and made trading my leased car in so easy and he drove my trade back to Avondale. I was able to look over the car before signing any papers and when I found one little thing I was questioning Jake assured me everything would be taken care of and it was such a good easy feeling.
