When I had found the vehicle online during my daughter’s college move in day I worried it would be fine before I could get to the dealership. I made contact with Luis and we made the deal nearly completely via text message. Luis was a great representative. He made getting the numbers in order and my desire for a extended warranty simple. I arrived at the dealership Sunday to find out there was a repair to the door panels in the works. Not a problem for Luis. He had me test drive the Highlander and get the paperwork completed offering to deliver the vehicle to me when the repair was completed. Even after a hiccup in the timing on the repair Luis was wonderful about keeping me informed and making sure the repair was expedited. If you want a smooth transaction and a upfront sales representative Luis Hernadez is the man for you. More
