I was in the market for a new tundra so looked around Arizona and found the truck I liked at Avondale Toyota. I made a call and Valentino took care of the whole process. He worked the deal in a lot of different ways to find the best deal that worked for me. Super easy and quick process, filled out paperwork online and came in handed over the keys to my trade in and got the keys to my new truck, one last signature and I was on my way out the door. It was definitely the quickest vehicle purchase l've ever made, he didn't try to sell me add ons I didn't want, i didn't have to deal with numerous people and have them try to pressure me into anything I didn't want. I will definitely be going to them again when I'm in the market for a new vehicle. More

Made an appointment with Avondale Toyota this morning for 9 am oil change. I am there at 8:45 am I walked away very disappointed with the service, which there was NONE. I waited until 11 am text my serviced 9 am oil change. I am there at 8:45 am I walked away very disappointed with the service, which there was NONE. I waited until 11 am text my serviced advisor (Michael) no response, I then went to his desk, @ 11:30 wasn't there, finally he shows up, I asked him if my Highlander is ready, tells me he doesn't know and walks out to find out. Comes back and tells me I am next in line, mind you it's now 11:42 (time stamped on bottom of my no work accomplished receipt) I have never received this type of service here. Very disappointed I left with the service, wasted almost 3 hours there, with no service. I would not recommend this dealership until these errors/problems are fixed. Sad because we did purchase this highlander from them. More
