In March 2023, I purchased a 2020 Mercedes Benz CLS 450. When I purchased the car from Avondale I have to say that I was sold a damaged vehicle. When buying the car I asked my Salesman (Llewyn Jobe) if the When I purchased the car from Avondale I have to say that I was sold a damaged vehicle. When buying the car I asked my Salesman (Llewyn Jobe) if the star lit up. He explained that my star wasn't going to light up because of the year in which it was built. Shortly after purchasing the car, I decided to wash my car only to find that my washcloth continually got stuck on the star. After looking it over once more I found that it was cracked in multiple places. When complaining to this company regarding the matter initially I was informed that I was going to be responsible for the damages to the car in which I'd just purchased. After taking the car to Grapevine Mercedes Dealership they helped me prove that it was damaged prior to purchase. The dealership was then forced to cover the damage. Shortly after, I began to receive collision alerts on my dash from a time in which I didn't own the car. I took the vehicle in and spoke Kurt Fegraeus at the dealership. I was asked to take the vehicle in for further evaluation. After hearing my complaint, he offered to buy the car back, give me about 5,000 back for damages, or a trade in. I wasn't happy with any of the offers. I was asked to take it back to Grapevine for further evaluation. After taking it in I was instructed that I would be present during the investigation of the damages. That did not happen. They took my car in, put me in a loaner and told me that I would be contacted when they had an outside inspector arrive to be present during that process. I was later informed that the alerts were software issues. They said a recall came out regarding the matter. I was informed that the alerts received regarding damage to the front of car never happened. They came out and informed me that I hadn't any damage to the crash bar located behind the bumper however the paint on the bumper was different from the paint of the rest of the vehicle and there wasn't any explanation. They informed me that they hadn't any answers regarding the matter. I was then offered, a free Service A maintenance repair for my inconvenience. This purchase from this company has been an absolute nightmare. My vehicle has spent more time at the dealership for repairs than it has in my garage. I was informed that Avondale was a very reputable company with amazing customer service. I will tell you that my experience with this company was and has been far from that. I was also sold a warranty with a company called Axiom. This company has been nothing short of a disaster. If you are looking to really have a great customer experience on a vehicle purchase, I would highly suggest that you look beyond Avondale Premier. Now my car is back in the shop for maintenance again...NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More
