Due to a 2014 BMW X1 rear brake warning in the dashboard, I went to Avondale Nissan to fix the issue. On 30 April. Mr. David Quarnstrom attended to me and assured the problem could be fixed. However, end of I went to Avondale Nissan to fix the issue. On 30 April. Mr. David Quarnstrom attended to me and assured the problem could be fixed. However, end of day, only brake rotors were resurfaced, and brake pads replaced and was told to go to BMW to replace the brake sensors to completely solve the problem. On 2 April, personally went to Avondale Nissan and Mr. Rick told me will follow up the issue. On 5 April, I enquired through internet about the overdue issue and Mr. Rick called and assured that they will order the sensors and complete the job. However, I didn’t receive any new from Mr. Rick since then. On 4 June, I went to Avondale Nissan again and was attended by Mr. Ladell and was informed Mr. Rick was no longer employed at Avondale Nissan. He followed up with my issue and the sensor was finally installed on 8 June, but they could not remove the warning on the dash and I still need to go to the BMW dealership. I am utterly disappointed with Mr. David Quarnstrom for not fixing my car completely and still have the cheek to tell me to settle the remaining issue with BMW dealership. I am disappointed with Mr. Rick for failure to keep his words and left me waiting for weeks. However, I’m impressed by Mr. Ladell’s professionalism in solving my car issue without further delay. I will only go back to Avondale Nissan if I’m going to be attended by Mr. Ladell as the whole experience was really a big disappointment. More
