The service team here was very professional and timely with my automotive repairs. I was helped but a young man that was assisting my service advisor(christian) as he was on a phone call. I later found ou with my automotive repairs. I was helped but a young man that was assisting my service advisor(christian) as he was on a phone call. I later found out that the gentlemen helping me was Shelby Williams and he is the service manager. How amazing!! To see management so involved and helping their team step for step was incredible. Christian then took care of me the rest of my visit and well those two along with fast service from the mechanics are the reason I WILL ONLY be serving my Vehicle at avondale nissan More
***SCAMMERS*** In May 2024, I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima. My mom and I were told by both the sales associate Adrian and the finance manager Alan that the car came with a 7-year 100,000 mile warranty, Altima. My mom and I were told by both the sales associate Adrian and the finance manager Alan that the car came with a 7-year 100,000 mile warranty, which would cover various issues. However, I am now finding out three months later when the axel breaks that they blatantly lied to me— THERE WAS NO WARRANTY. THEY LIED TO ME and sold me the car under false pretenses! And when I called the sales managers Adrian and Rual, they both said it was my fault for not reading the fine print?? I tried to reach out to the general manager Jon Anderson, no response. Now I’m paying anywhere between 1k-6k out of pocket for something the warranty should have covered. This dealership will scam you to make a purchase, and they won’t care about it on the back end. It’s frustrating because I really enjoyed my experience here but now I will never recommend this place again. More
***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING*** Please Please Please avoid this dealership! They conduct fraudulent business. They sold me a used tuck (not that it matters) that they reset the computer Please Please avoid this dealership! They conduct fraudulent business. They sold me a used tuck (not that it matters) that they reset the computer (ECM) on and on my commute home from AZ to CA the check engine light came on. This truck was a surprise for my son's 16th b-day to be nothing but a total disappointment. I called Avondale Nissan shortly after the purchase and got nothing but the run around. We tried from months and asked Jon Anderson (GM) and his team for help and was ignored from day one. After a while when we could contact Avondale Nissan asking for Jon Anderson they would just hang up on me, WOW! That's how Jon Anderson, Adrian Pasqualini and his team conduct business. We even tried contacting his boss Mike Hook, and guess what, he too did not award us the courtesy of a phone call. We searched for months for a truck, and everything on FB, OfferUp etc. the odometers were rolled back. Never in a million years would I think a dealership would screw “one”, but they did. They are just as dishonest as those people selling on the marketplace platforms. The sad part is my son has worked over the years to save for his first truck just to be a bust. We tried to sue but we don't have the money to keep fighting even tho we have proof they reset the computer (ECM). We purchased the truck in Nov of 2023 and it has been sitting in my driveway since. It will cost us and additional 6-8K to fix. It’s sad that one can't even trust a dealership to be honest. I will say this in closing. Don't buy any used cars or new from Avondale Nissan for that matter and if you do bring a scanning tool ( sad that one has to do this but live and learn ) to make sure there are no DTC pending being its take a while for the computer to run its course, it can be 1 hour or several days depending on your driving. I hope this helps someone. God Bless More
This dealership is the lowest of car sales people. The GM is rude and appalling. They lie and do fradulent business. Take your business elsewhere. They don't stand behind anything they do.
