This is a portion of a letter I wrote to the manager after our experience with this dealership. As a service member currently serving in Iraq, one of my fears is that I cannot be with my family during all of the daily decisions that take place. Obviously, buying a car after ours was totaled in a wreck is a major decision and one that my wife was not looking forward to. You and your staff were helpful and courteous to my wife (which is more than I can say for other dealerships) and even allowed me the opportunity to talk with your staff when I called from Iraq. The rating was provide because I received excellent customer Service and a very fair price on my new vehicle. I had visited 6 other dealers including Pinnacle Peak Nissan , Bell Nissan, Peoria Nissan a customer Service and a very fair price on my new vehicle. I had visited 6 other dealers including Pinnacle Peak Nissan , Bell Nissan, Peoria Nissan and the service and price offered were terrible. They were not willing to negoitiate at all. Avondale was the only really interested in making a deal. They were very friendly and honest about what they could offer based on my credit rating, income and the type of rebates on the vehicle i was looking to buy. Overall it was a great experience. More
