GEICO has a car buying program. After I entered my criteria they gave me the names of three local dealers. At age 63, this is the best auto dealer experience I've had and that includes BMWs. Great place to buy a car. More

I went to find my daughter a car for college. We first looked in Peoria at a Versa and the sales staff was not knowledgeable about theie cars and were very pushy. We ended up at Avondale Nissan where Brya looked in Peoria at a Versa and the sales staff was not knowledgeable about theie cars and were very pushy. I have been looking at buying a new mid - size truck for some time now, i have looked at numerous Toyota and Nissan dealerships, all very aggressive and unpleasant to deal with. Avondale Nissan however provided me with hassle free service from beginning to end in a very complicated situation. The price was extremely low compared to other places, i had a local dealership laugh at the price they gave me, they asked me to give them the vin number on the vehicle to make sure the quote Avondale Nissan had given me was on the properly equipped vehicle. to United Nissan surprise, it was the right vehicle, $2000 cheaper than what 3 other places could give me, and i didn't have to negotiate at all. Trudy in internet sales was truly helpful, i can't imagine a better experience. after i was done talking to Trudy, i was moved to their finance department, i was expecting this to be where they put on the pressure with dealer incentives, i was wrong. they offered me a warranty program and i respectfully declined, that was the end of that, literally 5 minute conversation. i was emailed all of the numbers including taxes and everything from Trudy, i was expecting a complicated email full of financing options, i was wrong again, all the information was provided in a small, easy to understand spreadsheet format. i can't recommend this dealership anymore than i have, talk to them, i did, and i stress free bought a brand new frontier from 2,500 miles away. I originally had not planned to purchase a Nissan but was headed toward the Hyundai dealer when I spotted a vehicle on the lot that I liked. Due to his courteous demeanor, ease of conversation and knowledge of the product, I knew I would make a purchase that day. Everyone on staff was friendly without being "phony" and the atmosphere of the dealership was bright, cheerful and delightful. Robert offered me options when I was less than comfortable with the first monthly payment quoted. I left the dealership with my new Rogue, and am very pleased with the follow up phone calls from Robert and the staff. More
I purchased a new 2008 Xterra from Avondale Nissan and they were fantastic. Recently, that vehicle was totaled in an accident and the insurance company (USAA), of the person who hit my vehicle, gave me no they were fantastic. Recently, that vehicle was totaled in an accident and the insurance company (USAA), of the person who hit my vehicle, gave me nothing but grief and disrespect for 5 weeks. Then I was informed, by message, (which I did not get right away) that they were no longer going to pay for my rental car since my vehicle was a total loss. I had one day to get a vehicle. Since I had such a great experience with Avondale Nissan in 2008, I went back. Frustrated, tired and angry, I walked into the dealership and found out that Kara Brinley, the General Sales Manager, was still there. I spoke to her and she remembered me from 2008! We talked for a moment about my last visit and the recent accident, then she introduced me to Bryon Belford, Sales Consultant, and together they performed a miracle for me. I told them my situation with the insurance company and they went WAY above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure everything went smoothly since I had had enough grief. When I went to finance, I was happy to see that Scott Sripapattanavong was still there too. He closed my 2008 Xterra purchase. Kara, Bryon and Scott were my saving grace. They all were very professional, but compassionate about my situation. Kara even gave me a hug which was what I needed. It was such a relief and very kind of her. Bryon put a smile on my face and Scott made finance a breeze. I drove away in a beautiful 2011 Xterra for a great price and.....finally, a smile on my face. Avondale Nissan is my dealership from now on because they have people who listen and care. Granted, its how they make their living, but I was never pressured in any way. Ray Lopez and Daniel Kirkendall at Avondale Nissan did an outstanding job on my lease. Mr. Lopez was the perfect salesman: knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and honest. He bent over backwards to ensure that I knew all of my options and would be happy with my purchase. While such salesman are truly rare, when one does encounter them they are often undermined by management. This was not the case at Avondale Nissan. Mr. Kirkendall, the Internet Director, was the perfect complement to Mr. Lopez. He took the time to provide me with all the necessary information I requested regarding pricing. Both Mr. Lopez and Mr. Kirkendall stayed until nearly midnight and went far beyond the call of duty to assist me in completing my lease. Their honesty, dedication, and talent should not go without notice or reward. I have dealt with many other auto dealerships and salesman, and I have never experienced this level of excellence before. If you leave in anywhere in Arizona, it is worth your time to go to Avondale Nissan. More
Bryan Bedford in Sales did an outstanding job selecting the proper model car, knowing where the inventory was, product knowledge, product comparisons to other similar cars in that model line, demo ride, in the proper model car, knowing where the inventory was, product knowledge, product comparisons to other similar cars in that model line, demo ride, initial and almost complete negotiations to obtain a comfortable payment/interest rate for the customer that we brought it to the dealership. He was not forceful in any manner, very polite, well groomed and dressed and never left any of us alone for any length of time except to go to the GSM to discuss pricing. His product delivery after the sale was just great leaving no detail untouched. He even cleaned the windows once again before drive off. Bryan is definetly an asset to Avondale Nissan and should be commended for his work. We also had the pleasure of working with Kara Brinley, GSM. Just a wonderful lady so great at her job. Listened to the wants and desires of the customer and worked very hard with Bryan on a about 5 hour task of getting the job done. Kara deserves to be in the GSM position and Avondale Nissan should be proud to have her talents, job knowledge and personality. She too is a great asset to Avondale Nissan and should be rewarded for her hard work. More
