This dealership is state of the art, top of the line. They have a large lot with a modern building and it's meticulously clean. They are located just off the freeway but secluded from it. The atmosphere is accommodating. Our Nissan NV 2500 comes from a newly retooled plant in Canton, Mississippi. You might expect a lot of snags getting a new product up and running. When you add all the trouble Japan is having and the terrible weather Mississippi is contending with you might expect a dealership to drop the ball. Not these guys. This dealership knows how to service a customer. A few unexpected delays and problems came up but Nissan Avondale went out of their way to solve them to our satisfaction. More
I was searching for a 2011 Nissan Armada on EBay and came across a link for the Zag auto buying program. I received several offers within hours of my submittal (many responses included much of the tradition across a link for the Zag auto buying program. I received several offers within hours of my submittal (many responses included much of the traditional car salesman rhetoric “My GM is very interested in your trade-in and we would like you to bring down your old vehicle as soon as possible". No mention of price or if the vehicle I wanted (color, options) was available. Other responses had a price but after further research I concluded they left out certain charges which were significant. The response I received from Avondale was very professional and included a very detailed breakdown of the costs of the vehicle. Not only was the vehicle exactly what I wanted but it also was at a great price. Given this we decided to make an appointment to meet with their Internet Sales Manager Pat LaFramboise; however, being a somewhat paranoid person I made a quick excel spreadsheet which included a payment calculation just to make sure I didn’t get into a “bait and switch” type scenario. The calculation took into account several variables including: interest rate, vehicle cost, and trade-in value of current vehicle (2005 Toyota 4Runner). My decision to go down to the dealership was affirmed time and time again. Their Internet Sales Manager Pat was fantastic. We brought our two young kids with us since we could not find a babysitter and every member of the staff we encountered was very polite and friendly; more important, they were polite and friendly to our young children. When it came time for the big moment to review the numbers and finalize a deal I was very pleased (and somewhat shocked). Every one of their numbers tied out to mine within a few dollars (there’s were slightly better). The short version is I got a great price on a great vehicle at a great dealership with great people! Tracy was great. She was not pushy, she understood what I was looking for and where I needed to be price wise. I got what I wanted in a car and am very satisfied with the service. My only suggestion is for the kids area, they need to add toys, books, something to keep their attention. I know it's hard when clients bring their kids along but sometimes it just has to be, and it was great they had a play zone, but there's nothing in it. More

After weeks of research, I was ready to purchase my 2011 Nissan Maxima with sport package. He educated me on car details, prices and answer all questions. I requested quotes VIA internet from all AZ Nissan dealerships. Patricia Laframboise, Avondale Nissan was the ONLY internet sales representative to email a price quote with incentives and additional required fees; I was immediately impressed. Needless to say, I bought my vehicle from Nissan Avondale. Pat has made my car purchase enjoyable, hassle-free and memorable. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and honest individual. My experience at Avondale Nissan was beyond better than I expected. Within in a couple mintues of pulling up and talking a walk around I was greated with friendly service. Jasin Loop was my sales man and he went out of his way to figure out which car suited my personality but more importantly me financially. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Nissan cars, yet patient with a new car owner. The dealership itself was spectacular. It was open, clean, and I gained an overall sense of feeling being welcomed into a effectively run dealership. Thank you Avondale Nissan from a new Nissan car owner. More
Jasin Loop was the sales associate who helped us purchase our new Altima. Jasin made every effort possible to make this experience easy and pleasant, couldn't ask for anything more!! Scott was our finance coordinator and again excellent service. Both Jasin and Scott seemed very knowledgeable and most importantly, they seemed to take pride in providing quality service without the typical car sales pressure. This is truly what sets this dealership apart from all the others and why we choose to purchase here, instead of the first Nissan dealership we visited. Love my new Sentra! Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He helped me pick the right package, not extra stuff I did'nt need. We can’t express how grateful we are to Anthony Valencia. He provided us excellent service regarding the repair of our 2006 Nissan Sentra. Without going into too much detail, we came to Nissan because upon attempting to pull off the lot (at Avondale Chrysler) after we purchased the car Sunday, 10/3/10, the Service Engine Soon light came on. Avondale Chrysler gave us much trouble regarding the repair costs. They wanted us to pay for our damaged newly purchased car. After much struggle and persuasion, Chrysler finally agreed to pay for the repairs. Tony, knowing a little about the situation, worked with us, keeping us abreast of the process in a timely manner. Tony handled things with “kid gloves”. He kept in contact with Chrysler and us to ensure everything was handled in a professional manner. If he wasn’t there, he thought enough about his service to his customers to inform someone else of the situation and they ensured we were taken care of. That was a relief. We didn’t have to start from the beginning with someone new. The unfortunate thing was we had to take the car back to Nissan on a couple more occasions because when the repairmen thought they fixed the problem, it really wasn’t fixed. Unfortunately for us, it was a complicated code issue regarding the evap. system. And whenever the car was being service, our schedules were messed up because we were missing a car that was providing our son transportation to and from school and work. That’s not to mention the gas of going to and from the repair shop. Expressing our frustration of not having this newly purchased car in our possession much, Tony once again stepped up and provided great customer service. We were able to get transported a couple of times by your van service. And when we took the car in for the last time on 10/26/10, Tony provided us with a rental car at no charge until the repairs were done. All in all, Tony helped make a horrible purchase experience into a better one. He displayed old-fashioned customer service where customers are priority and not just another problem or piece of paperwork. The way he treated us every time we called or came in caused us to feel cared for and appreciated. We want to make sure he understands how thankful we are to him and your service department.
