I liked the old system to communicate repair needs better but I have never had an issue with any of the members of the service department. The service director, Shelby Williams is by far the most knowledgeable service Director. We’ve had the opportunity to work with over the past 12 years. Kyle Kreuziger stepped up and took care of Freddie, our 2025 Nissan Frontier, with exceptional customer service.
