Bruce had the Quest ready & waiting at the time we scheduled for the test drive. ~20 min test drive, ~20 min appraisal of our trade. It was the remarkably quick & easy to get to a fair purchase price & trade-in. Bruce is very helpful but wasn't pushy or high pressure. His focus on making the experience pleasant was refreshing.
