We were put in contact with Bruce through Avondale Nissan's website and when I got down there Saturday afternoon he promptly got to work on getting me into a car. He was an absolute joy to work with. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want and he even worked with the finance department to get me a lower interest rate on my warranty when I discovered that my monthly payment was going to be a bit more than I had originally anticipated. I do a lot of driving for work so having everything worked out before the weekend was over had proved to be stressful. Bruce completely took the stress out of a stressful situation. Much to our surprise, Bruce was true to his word--the out the door price Bruce quoted over the phone was the price when we arrived at the dealership and met with Bruce. We were in and out with the car within 2 hours. There was no back and forth haggling with Bruce or his manager. This was the smoothest, easiest car buying experience ever.
