AH-MAZ-ING! This was my first time buying a car, with no credit history I was sure I was going to get a not so good deal. That was not the case at all! Al helped This was my first time buying a car, with no credit history I was sure I was going to get a not so good deal. That was not the case at all! Al helped me with every step and making sure everything was being handled correctly, at a timely manner, and getting me the best deal possible!!! He even helped me get the best deal with my car insurance so I could drive my car out of the lot that day!!! I would absolutely recommend this dealership and tell them to make sure al is working that day because he is so nice and helpful!!! He really makes you feel at home and calms the nerves of buying a car for the first time!! I thought this experience was going to be rough and anxiety filled but it was the complete opposite thanks to al! Everything went so smoothly and he made sure everyone part of my team was working diligently! Thank you so much al and Avondale Nissan! I will be back! More

Had multiple offers shortly after the application was submitted. He ALSO found the exact truck I was looking for, and made the deal happen much faster than expected. Trudy in sales was very helpful in explaining all the dealer equipped options when browsing the different vehicles and seemed very knowledgeable as to what Nissan could offer. the finance department was great also as they were not pushy in selling additions that I did not want. Will be sending friends and family here and wouldn’t buy a vehicle from anyone other than Al. More

Blair from service has no service! Took my car in a few weeks ago to get serviced I had talked to Blair and he gave me by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life not just wi Took my car in a few weeks ago to get serviced I had talked to Blair and he gave me by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life not just with a dealership but in general and I’ve had some really bad experience this one outdoes then all. When I asked him about when my car was going to be serviced he told me to just come pick up my car and take it somewhere else because I had asked him twice about it. When my parts finally came in it took him two days to get my car even started and he had me pick it up from the front desk late night dirty because I really needed my car and I couldn’t wait for them to wash it. I would never return to the service department in my life or ever recommended this place to anyone of my friends and family. More

On my first purchase, I worked with Jason Loop and his straight to the point, unpressuri I have been a Nissan customer for about 5 years give or take. On my first purchase, I worked with Jason Loop and his straight to the point, unpressurized approach is what made me come back to him for continued service with Nissan. I recently moved to Houston Texas but I reached out to Jason to see what could be done about trading in my 2015 Rogue. Even with the distance between us, Jasin was able to help me with the transaction here in Texas and I am extremely proud of his integrity and his persistence that made this transaction come to life. I have never had a bad experience with Jason or any form of miscommunication when I have worked with him and I truly appreciate that and you definitely need more people like him that go above and beyond to satisfy a customer.
