Went to another dealership only to have my credit hit and no response. Monty put up with my boyfriend for hours asking questions showing him cars.. he promised he would get me into something I liked and he d no response. I purchased my vehicle new, got ALL necessary maintenance done had paper work and they do not want to honor my purchased warranty to replace my engine stating they can not be sure correct oil was used even w done had paper work and they do not want to honor my purchased warranty to replace my engine stating they can not be sure correct oil was used even when paperwork states it was and All oil changes but 2 were done at the dealer. They also replaced a recall part with a bad part causing them to flush it out and re-replace. They didn't place the oil plug in correctly a couple times. I have spoken with managers and they still refuse to honor the warranty I purchased to cover these issues. I find it unprofessional and a huge burden that they would treat a customer this way especially when I bought the vehicle NEW. More
