I purchased a 2024 Nissan Sentra at Avondale Nissan off of the 10 West. I showed up later in the evening when it was close to closing time. He was very kind and courteous and making sure all my needs were met during the purchasing process. Scott did a great job working the numbers and getting everything ready to go to the signing process. Josh Hernandez the financial manager did an exceptional job as well. He made the signing process nice and easy. There were no games of tag during the purchasing process. They are a dealership that puts the customer first. Purchased first vehicle from this dealership and online advertised discounts but when I went to the dealership they did not honor all the discounts. $500 worth of discounts were not taken off and when I co advertised discounts but when I went to the dealership they did not honor all the discounts. $500 worth of discounts were not taken off and when I contacted the dealership they just dismissed me saying I didn’t qualify for the discount. They didn’t really explain why they just said you got the discounts for this and this but that was it. I would go to a different dealership if I had to do it over. More
