You charged for a service that you don’t provide. 180 bucks for oil exchange, car wash, tire rotation, and an “expert recommendation”. The only thing that I got for my car was the oil exchange, but not car wash, you didn’t mention anything about my tires not even any recommendation or anything else was done to my car. For the price increase you expect an increase in you service too. I usually get my email survey and I comment if I have any issues. I always had a great experience with avondale Nissan but this is the second time this guy helps me and is a nightmare. I mentioned to him I was going to complain about all this things. I was waiting to get a email survey but instead I received a text message saying I missed my appointment. This guy Adam put my appointment as “missed” so I don't get any email his supervisor won’t be aware of the HORRIBLE SERVICE he provided. Come on I paid to get a service the least I expected it comes with a good customer service. This guy needs a lot of improvement on customer services. If you want to feel appreciated and respect don’t go with this guy Adam Soto. More
