Avondale Nissan Parts team. ..you guys ROCK!! Unfortunately, I was in a position where I needed a part for my old Nissan and could not find it anywhere at any auto parts stores a ..you guys ROCK!! Unfortunately, I was in a position where I needed a part for my old Nissan and could not find it anywhere at any auto parts stores and everywhere kept saying it must be a dealer item only. I called every dealership in town and had no luck, except when I called Avondale Nissan! That's when my luck changed. They had the part that I had been searching for for weeks. I asked the gentleman on the phone(Jose) if they could put it on hold for me until I could get there later in the afternoon as I work in Mesa and don't get off until 4pm. I came in and was quickly greeted by Kyle and informed him that I had a part on hold. He was able to quickly retrieve the part as it was sitting right on the counter behind him. He then proceeded to tell me the cost of the part which at first I thought was a little more then I had hoped for but he went above and beyond to help me out with getting the lowest price possible! He was a huge help with some other questions I had and was very professional. I just want to say thank you you Jose and Kyle for helping me out with getting what I needed the first time and helping out with getting me the lowest price possible! I will be coming here from now on for all my parts needs the first time. Now my vehicle is repaired and runs like a champ...for now until the next repair. LOL More

I"m so thankful I decided to stop in with the great folks at Avondale Nissan. The level of professionalism, focus, and understanding of my goal was something I did not experience downtown at the Nissan deal at Avondale Nissan. The level of professionalism, focus, and understanding of my goal was something I did not experience downtown at the Nissan dealership on Camelback nor the Nissan dealership in Surprise but it was exactly what I received when walking through the doors at Avondale Nissan. I worked with Adrian Harris and I received a deal which was better than I was looking for. The best part is the entire experience was just under 2 hours - start to finish. I also met with the Owner-Manager - Loyalty and I believe his name was Corey or Cory - sorry not sure on the exact spelling so I'll go with the shorter choice. Cory personally gave me a tour of the dealership, showed me where to get my oil changes done and perhaps most importantly showed me the location of his office and explained he has an open door policy with no appointment needed. My title officer was Bret and he was and has been the best title officer I've ever met. This is my first Nissan (used to be a Toyota fan) and the first time I stopped into Avondale Nissan. The vibe is different and the feeling of doom and gloom was not present at Avondale Nissan as it was at the other dealerships. Thank you to all the kind folks at Avondale Nissan and also thank you for not surrounding my car the moment I pulled onto your dealership lot. I can only give you 5 stars but please know I'll be back soon to get my wife and daughter new cars as well. More
