Great Auto Deal, However the sales person stated the GPS was installed in the automobile, but it was not. They know this vehicle is for my wife & it needs to be right. I've been a car guy forever & will rate them properly...its in thier hands. ***************** OK weeks later now. Jay Record told me they'd make me happy but salesmen always do that... Jeff Fielders the business manager assured me the same thing .... I even briefly met the owner & he was polite & friendly..... Well, they did EXACTLY what they said. I'm always apprehensive when dealing with someone I havent done business with before....especially car salesmen...lol. My concerns were for not...Avon was a standup dealership. They treated me well gave me what I paid for. Car had a couple of minor issues that needed to be resolved (I'm guessing from sitting on the lot for a while). They took care of it. I didnt expect NEW because it was a used car but they made it right. Brake job they did was marginal but adequate...because they had to fund it I didnt expect much more then adequate (safe). I didnt rate them EXCELLENT because they didnt try to earn that rating...but my GOOD is a solid recommendation. Overall I'd buy from them again. Just an FYI...you should see the vehicles they have on the lot. MANY top end makes & models. Luckily for me I went in with blinders on ( I had 1 car in mind) or who knows what I would have bought.) More

Worst dealership to deal with. Sales people are unfriendly and are very rude. Owner was nice upon meeting him then once you showed interest in a vehicle he became very rude. They say they service the vehicle but all they do is run it through a car wash and change the oil. Would never go back. More
