Great customer service! I worked with Peter at Avon Auto Brokers and he was fantastic! After I found the car I wanted I brought it to my mechanic to be evaluated. Before pu I worked with Peter at Avon Auto Brokers and he was fantastic! After I found the car I wanted I brought it to my mechanic to be evaluated. Before purchasing it. Any issues my mechanic found Avon Auto Brokers resolved prior to my purchasing the vehicle. Since I purchased my car Peter has called me twice to check in and find out how things are going and if there's anything I need. Any issues that have come up Peter has been more than willing to fix. Quick buying process, but terrible mechanics Had to update my review. Buying process may have been quick but once all the paperwork was done my questions were deflected constantly. One day after picking the truck up it had a check engine light, turbo underboost. Contacted Dana had the truck diagnosed at ford. Needed a turbo and a FICM. Dana declined the work at ford and wanted to have his guy do it. I objected and told him where I wanted the truck repaired seeing as his guys weren’t even remotely qualified to do the work considering the oil wasn’t even changed on the truck and the new tires were improperly balanced with the old weights still on. That fell on deaf ears and the truck ended up at his shop. FICM was ordered through ford but the turbo was an eBay special, so I don’t expect it to last long. Dropped the truck off on Monday, parts came in on Wednesday. So realistically the job should have been done Thursday, it’s not even a 4 hour job to replace the turbo in this truck. Didn’t get the truck back until Saturday, and still constant lack of communication. Picked the truck up and the seat was filthy, my passenger front tire had been removed while the work was being performed and used as a stepping stool, and was covered in grease and dirt. There was grease all over my Hood somehow. The degas bottle(coolant overflow) was reinstalled completely wrong and would’ve snapped the tabs if I didn’t open the hood and correct the position of it. All of the v clamps for the turbo were loose. The intake boots where positioned improperly along with loose clamps. The mounting bolts for the turbo were not torqued down at all. Completely and total incompetence. Absolutely do not let dana’s so called mechanics repair your vehicle if something goes wrong. I was looking for a new truck and came across an F-350 here. It was new inventory. I stopped by test drove it. Had peter email over paperwork the following day and went down that night and paid for it. I haven’t picked it up yet, because they wanted to service it and replace the mirrors (plastic was cracked a little bit) and also put a brand new set of tires on it. More

Terrible Experience Let me start by saying that the sales team was helpful and professional; Mike and Tom were great. Everything following the sale was a nightmare. After taking delivery of the truck two days later than anticipated, I brought it to the recommended inspection station and headed home. Within a couple days, I noticed that the third brake light did not work, and was full of water. The following day, the truck developed a grinding noise while braking and a check engine light. The grinding was from the dealership service team only installing one of the two caliper slide bolts in the brake, which was hanging from one bolt and riding along the inside of the wheel. After risking my safety, wasting my time and several trips to Avon, the truck is now operable and safe. Their team will never touch this truck again. More
