All of the guys were extremely nice in the office. They made financing a car very easy. The only feedback I would have is that they don’t have anyone other than salesmen answering phones so it slows them d made financing a car very easy. A very disappointing experience. I made a deal and they decided to change the deal after all the papers were signed saying that because my car has a reconstructed title my car was considered unsellable. I decided to change the deal after all the papers were signed saying that because my car has a reconstructed title my car was considered unsellable. I provided my vin number on Saturday and a deal wasn't struck until Monday. They claim they never ran the vin number on my car. Not my fault. I told the salesman on Saturday that it had been in an accident and he thanked me for my honesty. Thinking about contacting the BBB and the Office of Consumer Affairs. More
