Everyone in the office is great. I was in a tough situation and Dennis worked magic got me approved. The overall experience was satisfactory and weird. However, I found communication (mostly text, and when I would not get a response, phone call) slightly lacking, and round-about. While I was looking at the car and had a deposit down on it, they had lowered the price two times on sites other than their own and did not notify me of the lowered prices either time. However, they did honor the lower price, but the only reason why I got the lower price was due to me looking around, seeing it, and asking about it. More
