My wife and I needed a second car and so we decided to visit Avis Ford because my wife heard over the radio how Avis Ford conduct business in a honest and professional way. It is so true!! Mr. English was friendly, professional, and honest with us. My wife and I did not feel pressured into buying a car that we did not want. Bill English helped us out alot, he learns his customers and respect their wishes by listening to what the buyer wants in a car. He explained all features and new technology in the car which is great. Even our 19 year old son who wanted to buy a Honda was "taken away" by Mr. English's professionalism so much that he will be buying or leaseing a ford car in the next month or two with Mr.English as his agent. My wife and I purchased a 2007 Ford Five Hundred in April of 2007, shortly there after we moved to Virginia. This past weekend we were in town for a family reunion but before we left Virginia I called Ingrid to let her know that we might trade the Five Hundred in for something else. She welcomed us with open arms as she always has. We had a bit of a struggle getting financed once again but Ingrid worked her magic once more. There are plenty ford dealerships choices here in Virginia but when we make our next vehicle purchase we will surely be back to Michigan to visit Avis ford and Mrs. Ingrid Butler-Henderson. Also Mr David Garcia went out of his way to give a crash course on the new sync technology incorporated in the vehicle, as the dealership had closed and we were headed back to Virginia the next day. Dealt with Chuck Champ at Avis Ford, after having the door slammed in our faces at numerous other dealerships that "claimed" they could get my wife and I financed..but couldn't, or wanted to finance us a door slammed in our faces at numerous other dealerships that "claimed" they could get my wife and I financed..but couldn't, or wanted to finance us at 20% interest with an outrageous monthly payment. I decided to call Avis. We went in assuming either we would be financing a pre owned vehicle, or face another rejection. Chuck was able to get us approved within a day on a brand new 2012 Escape with a far better payment at 4% interest. When all others couldn't get it done Chuck and Avis Ford did! At no time was there any pressure, and we were not made to feel as credit criminals. Chuck not only put us on the road with a great vehicle and program, but also got us on the road to restoring our credit and getting our lives back. Before you try ANY other dealership CALL AVIS FIRST!! You may not come out with a brand new 2012 or current model such as we did, everyone's credit background is different, but call Chuck and his team first, you will not be sorry and it will not be a mistake! Chuck and his team are true professionals, and conduct themselves as such. Even after our credit is restored I WILL return to AVIS Ford in the future. G.B More
