I almost buy my Ford, but… I used Siler Star to buy a Ford online and once it was delivered, test drove it. The car had a weird noise coming from the tires every time I pressed on the brakes. I appraised the car once I got out and noticed the rotors were all rusty and brake dust on the rims. Besides that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I think when I make a big purchase like this, the product should've been in almost perfect condition. I returned the car the next day, and was waiting 4 days for my refund. It just sucks because I was so set on this car. More

The car we were interested in was all great and a great deal. But after a thorough inspection, some things needed to be repaired before the purchase. Gary really took action in solving all these little things, though I had to put a significant time-effort to organize everything. More
