Never again a customer from East meadow, NY Took the car in for a warranty repair and my wife was told the tow was free with the warranty repair. The service center added on repairs and refused Took the car in for a warranty repair and my wife was told the tow was free with the warranty repair. The service center added on repairs and refused to due the warranty repair without our acquiescing to their add-ons. We refused and after 10 days and ineffective "intervention" by Kia North America, they did the warranty repair also claiming they performed the other repairs. They wouldn't release the car until we paid for the "free" tow ($200.00 for a 4 mile tow). Took the car to Goodyear and, lo and behold ( I have the pictures), the "repairs" they told us and Kia North America that they did...they didn't. Untrustworthy and unethical. More
Service Center put my family in Danger I brought my wife's car to receive new wheel locks and have a tire patched (had a screw in the tread). I was informed that the tire was patched by the tech because Kia doesn't plug tires. After driving the car for 30 minutes, I noticed the levels on the tire dropping. I checked the tire and heard a hissing sound, and attempted to take it back to Kia and was told that they were closed. I was able to take the car to Midas who pulled the tire off the rim to find that the tire wasn't patched it was plugged, and that the plug missed the hole (I have a picture); So the tire ended up with two holes. I still have not heard from Kia regarding the situation, because I realize they do not care if my wife and 3 year old son were stranded if she was driving, or if the tire blew out from a lack of integrity. More
STAY AWAY!!!!! stay the fu*k away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!! ps-see there yelp reviews!!!!! horrible!!! yes, this review is long but people deserve to know what go stay the fu*k away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!! ps-see there yelp reviews!!!!! horrible!!! yes, this review is long but people deserve to know what goes on behind the scenes at this location. i wouldn't waste my own time writing this if it wasn't true. i lease a 2016 optima. one day my car wont start. checked all standard signs (no gas, oil, battery dead etc.) couldn't find problem. called kia and they advised to have it towed to their location. arrives on a friday. they said they would get right on it bc it was emergency car arrives at 12pm. call around 3 to follow up. still no check in. spoke to a steve and pete.. both xxxxx! saturday comes along, still no call. i call to follow up they still havent gotten to it. sunday/closed. i call monday to follow up (still no call from them) im told they are diagnosing problem and will call me back. (btw-be prepared to wait on hold four 20 mins at a time) peter is never available to come to the phone. i heard every possible excuse not to pick up the phone finally, eric picks up the phone. he explains to me they are still running tests. he said he is personally working on it and will call me with an update asap. he calls me tuesday and says i need a new engine. when my car was first dropped off i asked for a loaner and come to find out they don't have any because the owner of the company cut there fleet down in half. i then asked if they can reimburse me for a rental. they said no. at this point, i am demanding some sort of accommodation because of the poor customer service i had to deal with the past week. i insist once again to speak to a manager or owner...of course neither are available. i told him i would hold until they became available. magically as im on hold a loaner car just pulled in to the dealership.... they must really think im stupid lol. i walk in, the receptionsit who barely looks like she spent 5 minutes putting herself together in the morning is sitting at her desk with open food containter and earbuds in her ear. i mean how unprofessional can someone really be????? she points to the area where she "belives eric is". you can't get up and check? so, pathetic. i walk back and of course there is no one in sight. wait 20 mins. finally, eric comes to the service dept. he starts to explain why no one has called me back. he tells me "pete doesn't like to call people with bad news" really? a grown xxx man can't pick up the phone at his job to call his customer? very odd. i was shocked he even told me this but then after speaking with him he hated working at kia east meadow. nothing that he said was posotive. this really opened my eyes and answered a lot of my questions. he tells me the engine should be there next week and he will call me. i called kia consumer affairs to express how much of a headache it has been with the east meadow dealership. they told me "okay i will note the account" at this point, i knew no one cares. 2 weeks later kia still has my car and i still have not received any calls for a follow up. i call on tuesday and have to wait on hold for 27 minutes to speak to a manager. finally, he picks up and it's a sales manager?!?!?! he can't help me because hes not in the service dept. he said he would have the service manager call me first thing in the morning. he also told me not to expect a call from the owner because the owner would never call. that's nice.... long story short i finally get my car back the following week. when i go to pick it up i am greeted by eric who tells me this is his last day. i asked if i had anything to do with it and he said yes, but in a good way. he was absolutely fed up with dealing with angry customers like myself. he said it was disgusting what i had to endure for almost a month!!!!!! he told me he was going to another dealership and is looking forward to working for people who care about him and the customers!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully you made it this far and relly consider doing any type of business with this place. this place is corrupt and they really should be investigated!!!!!! Lack of service I genuinely despise this place. I called 3 weeks ago to have the pressure sensor in my passenger side seat looked at. After being told I wouldn't have I genuinely despise this place. I called 3 weeks ago to have the pressure sensor in my passenger side seat looked at. After being told I wouldn't have a loaner until May 1st I finally brought my car in. I dealt with a Neanderthal named Jeffrey Glazer who's customer service skills can only be found in a cracker Jack box. After 20 minutes of trying to find my appointment, they give me a loaner. All the while trying to explain the issues to him he turns a blind eye to every word I say. I get a call the same day that they couldn't replicate the noise in the seat but as a sign of "Goodwill" they will wash the car and fix the airbag sensor on the dash. That sensor went off BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE SEAT. I pick my car up this morning and wouldn't you know it? I hit a bump and the passenger side seat shakes like a baby rattle. Do not go to this dump. The sales team is shady and the service team will do whatever it takes to not do any work. I also know they never test drive my car to replicate the noise because my mileage and gas were the absolute same as when I dropped it off. Done with them and their lack of giving a xxxx. More

It was not a good experience at all, although the people at Generation tried their best. After this, I was extremely apprehensive when it came to having service done as I didn't want to go to Generation, which was 2.5 hours away from my home. Luckily I was sent to Autoworld Kia and to my surprise and delight, I met with Michele whom I knew from Revolution Kia Service Department when I bought my first Soul in 2012. Michele has always been exceptional with her customers and goes the extra mile to assist with any problems or issues. My inspection was expiring and she arranged my appointment for the next day! I truly missed dealing with Michele when she was no longer at Revolution and her replacement there was incredibly sub par to what I was used to with Michelle. Got my inspection done, my service done and could not be happier. After what started as a nightmare of a car buying experience, it ended on a high note. Knowing that I will be dealing with her going forward, I am confident and know that I'll have the highest level of service possible. She's also very, very nice! More

I was able to get a great price for a Kia Sorento Ex Turbo!!!!!!. Came in for an oil change and walked out With a brand new car! Props to Jaime who was able to get me this deal! And also to Steve who put the stamp on it!! Overall great experience and got a great deal in the beginning of the month!!! More
