Horrible experience, walked in to dealership got a horrible price wound my tell you anything over the phone , made you come into the show room . The management sucks , no call back feel like a everting is a secret . I would stay away . I went to another car dealership and I got a better car for half the pricr . When I called to tell him to say the deal is off sales person does not return my call or ant one picks up the phone in the car dealership just want my 100 dollars back . Very very shady place More

Buying a new car was made easy and "painless" I went in for my 4th Autoworld Kia purchase. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had there from Greg Sofio, my "salesman" to the finance I went in for my 4th Autoworld Kia purchase. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had there from Greg Sofio, my "salesman" to the finance manager. My car was ready in no time and most of the time was spent with Greg showing all the electronics, which if left on my own I would have been there till lights out. Greg made it all easy and explained it in a way that I got home and added features without having to consult the manual. More
Very considerate! I got a phone call from the Autoworld Kia Service Dept and had the car’s computer reprogrammed before the recall letter even landed in my mailbox!!!! BUYERS BEWARE OF LIARS, BEWARE OF JOEL THE FINANCE GUY. First i have to say, we traded our 2012 Jeep Liberty and received a rebate to add to the "discount" of the total sales price. On to the details, the staff is very friendly, catered to every need that we had, answered every question we asked. We chose this particular dealership because of friendly ratings, however this will change your opinion. So me and my wife's credit are above 700, neither of us need co signers. We were expecting our first child and wanted an upgrade to welcome our new baby, something with more safety features. The telluride is awesome, it fully serves its purpose and its functionality comes in handy everyday. This review is more about the dealership. We "thought" and were instructed that with our trade in and rebate and "haggling" that our total sales price would be 34,000 That is awesome news because the MRSP is 41,000 for this vehicle. Long story short our first statement in the mail proved us wrong, proved us to be idiots and not reading the fine print. Totally our mistake and not being more careful after spending 8 hours in the dealership to make this deal good. Our notice in the mail for this vehicle came out to be 40,000 because JOEL signed off the selling price of the car to be 45,000 and deducted the rebate and trade in value from that. Im more upset that all that time i wasted haggling and negotiating to be more careful about purchasing this vehicle came to nothing because they wrote down whatever it is they wanted to write down. Trust me when i say i was repetitive with the numbers and questions that i walked out a few times just to break it all in. The numbers dont lie and this dealership after all the handshakes and after all the smiles lied to me and my pregnant wife to make the numbers work for them. They didnt give us a discount on this hot new car. They jacked up the MSRP to soften the blow after all the discounts tallied in. I know they say that dealerships are crookships but i really thought this place was different. Im more the fool for believing what they said was what they were selling on paper because now i have no claim. More
BUYER BEWARE!! Do not go to this dealer. I've been leasing vehicles since 1997 and this is the worst dealer. My Husband and I were interested in leasing a Telluride Do not go to this dealer. I've been leasing vehicles since 1997 and this is the worst dealer. My Husband and I were interested in leasing a Telluride. We see the salesman on Saturday , Hammad and he tells us they sold what they had and more Tellurides are coming in. If we want to hold one when they come in we need to leave a refundable $500 deposit. We agree to it but, we asked can we get an idea of the lease price. He said he can't give a price because the new April lease offers were coming out and he doesn't have any Tellurides to price and no other dealers will swap that vehicle. I felt uneasy leaving as I've never had to leave a deposit and honestly don't trust salespeople. Hammad calls my Husband on Monday to tell him a Telluride in the color that we were interested in came in but, we need to come in for a price. My Husband said no, to give us a price over the phone. He said he would speak to his Manager as they don't normally do that. We don't hear from him and we decide to go with another vehicle. We call to get our deposit back and Hammad doesn't answer his cell and he wasn't working so I ask for the manager, Paul. He tells me ok, that he would cancel the deposit. This was Tuesday. On Wednesday, Hammad leaves a message stating he needs our credit card number to cancel the deposit. I don't feel comfortable giving any information to them now because I now have read all the bad reviews on Yelp and now don't trust them at all. I call my credit card company having already started to dispute the charge. They said it is normal procedure to give the credit card info. I called Hammad today, to give the credit card info and he said to call Paul as he NO LONGER WORKS THERE! His last day was the Saturday that we saw him! Wow! So, now I'm thinking what type of business are they running there? I call Paul and he tells me that the refund was already processed. Ok, how long does it take? He tells me 72 hours. So, it should show on my cc account. He said wait until Monday. I told him if I don't see a credit on my account on Monday that I would come down and cause a scene. Not even 5 minutes after I get off the phone with him, his office calls my Husband asking for the credit card number to process the refund. Lol. Wait I thought it went thru already? I call back Paul to ask him why would his office call for the cc number when he said it was already processed. He tells me his office was verifying the number and more xxxxxxxx spews from his mouth. Hmmm.....but the conversation I had with him was that it was processed not that my office will call you to verify as that is our process. So, Paul you are a slimy, sleazy car dealer manager that I knew you were from our first conversation. More
