My husband and i walked into #AutoWorldKia in East Meadow, Ny. No one walked up to us to ask us for help. Then some guy came up to us.. explained the car to us. Then a white couple came in and this guy walked away from us and helped them as we just stood around waiting to get further help. Then another guy walked up to us and was like “WHAT DO YOU NEED???....(with an attitude)” then further says “do you even know the MSRP to this car!? It’s $55k! If YOU want this car you Will be paying $1000 a month.... “ First of all! I’ve had another car before the one i have now that was around $3k more than that and you telling me i have to pay $1000 a month!? FOR A LEASE!!??.. (not even checking our credit or asking how much we would put down) Then we are told if we want our payments lower than that .. we would have to put $20k down.... where in the world does anyone put down $20k for a lease! These guys saw an interracial or my BLACK husband (even if we were dressed in our work clothes) and decided to walk away from us to help the other couple that so happened to be white...and got a guy that would happily talk us out of that place. The guy was telling us we couldnt afford it ... (-_-) He never even sat us down he just spoke about how much the car was and basically said we couldnt afford it. Smh AnD they literally ALL just kept staring at us as we spoke to this guy. Smh so that’s how you are going to treat us??? Wow More

Very deceptive. I went to purchase a car. Upon agreeing on a price, I inquired about how much I could put down. After telling me, I was told to bring a certified check, which I did. Horrible experience, walked in to dealership got a horrible price wound my tell you anything over the phone , made you come into the show room . My car was ready in no time and most of the time was spent with Greg showing all the electronics, which if left on my own I would have been there till lights out. Greg made it all easy and explained it in a way that I got home and added features without having to consult the manual. More
