Ugh where do I start? Let me start off by saying Scott is amazing … he made my first time leasing a car a walk in the park ! He is probably the only reason I would ever come back to this dealership if I ever amazing … he made my first time leasing a car a walk in the park ! He is probably the only reason I would ever come back to this dealership if I ever wanted to lease another Kia which I highly doubt I will . The service department is horrible … I’ve brought my brand new 2021 k5 which is only 4 months old ! Back to this service department 4 times for electrical/sensor issues and phantom braking ! They brushed it off every time by saying they don’t know why the abs , traction control , forward safety system , blind spot system , auto hold lights have been coming on on my dashboard. Oh and the car started breaking on me in the middle of the highway doing 60 mph … yeah NOT SAFE at all .. even service said the car is not safe yet is so easy to pass me along with no answers or anything . I brought the car in on 8/25/21 got the car back on 8/26/21 with no answer about the sensors then the dash lights came on again and started phantom braking so I drove straight there on 8/27/21 and I dropped off the car only for me to be standing outside and to over hear Vincent the supervisor to announce outside and I quote “ that’s why the sensors aren’t working she hitting xxxx with the car” HUH? Like no … I’ve had this issue since MAY i got the car April 6th….. my car sat from 8/27/21 to 9/2/21 at service untill I decided to pick it up myself without hearing from them so I had to call everyday for a update and at first Vincent told me , my father & my mother on 3 different occasions that I must of had a collision and my front bumper underneath was pushed in.. it’s plastic wouldn’t their be damage on the outside no less wouldn’t plastic be broke , paint chipped and or cracked if their was “damage” ? Their was NONE of that this was their response for days and when I asked about the sensors all they kept saying was “we’re working on it” what are you working on?!? If they don’t know what is causing the issue they should be honest and tell me and I will go else where .. I have a special needs child I bring to school everyday I can’t if the car is UNSAFE. They put the cause down as front damage which means I would have to put a claim into insurance and when I called the insurance claims department they were suspicious that I kept bringing this car back for a sensor issue and ALL OF A SUDDEN Vincent found “damage” yet no “damage” was found the first 3 times I had this issue !!! Insurance states I should have a inspector and or head to a second opinion to have a assessment before they give a false payout to them . Also maybe someone should check Vincent for his bad xxx attitude and condescending tone he has with women or at least women who don’t take xxxx and stand up for themselves … but what would I know? I’m just a mom who trusted them to help me with my car and make sure it is safe for me and my child … More

Fantastic experience! We worked with Scott and he was a gentleman and very knowledgeable, as you should expect, about the Sportages in general. He went so far as to actually steer us away from a higher tr gentleman and very knowledgeable, as you should expect, about the Sportages in general. He went so far as to actually steer us away from a higher trim level when he knew it was not worth the price to us in terms to having too many features we had no interest in. We were also offered a nice First Responder discount and frankly that is money we can spend else where, which is nice to see too! More
STAY AWAY!!! If could rate them less than 1 star I would. I was leasing a 2015 Kia Optima and used the pull ahead program to get into a 2018 Kia Niro. The dealership took possession of my Optima, "forgot" to I was leasing a 2015 Kia Optima and used the pull ahead program to get into a 2018 Kia Niro. The dealership took possession of my Optima, "forgot" to let the finance department know that they had the car, and did not make the last two payments that were due. I received several "late payment" letters for the car that I traded in and due to this it hurt my credit score. It took 1 YEAR to fix my credit score due to Kia Autoworld's incompetence. Not only were they incompetent but it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to help me from my salesman to the finance manager to the front desk. They were rude and would not return any of my calls. I had to take a day off of work to personally go in to speak with someone about fixing the problem. I also spent hours on the phone as the middle man between the dealership and the finance department. Please, please take my advice and STAY AWAY...you will thank me! More
