Had a great buying experience! There are 100s of dealers advertising the sameway they do..... Anyone falling for the "save 10 grand off mrsp" should know better...... I saw what looked kie realy good prices on line for some kia 2010 modles traveled 100 miles to purchase a vehicle after i was told over the phone that indeed these were the prices.well when i got there i kia 2010 modles traveled 100 miles to purchase a vehicle after i was told over the phone that indeed these were the prices.well when i got there i was told that these prices were with incentives no were in ther ad does it mention anything about dealer incentives so i drove 200 miles round trip and spent 40.00 dollars in gas and tolls. Autoworld had an unbeleiveable internet price on a new Sorento. I called to confirm the price and al told me the car is there and the price is correct. I arrived there an 1 1/2 later and asked to see the Sorento. I called to confirm the price and al told me the car is there and the price is correct. I arrived there an 1 1/2 later and asked to see the advertized Sorento. After waiting a half hour a salesman told me the car was out for a test drive by another customer. The salesman told me he had plenty of other Sorentos but at a higher price. I said I would wait to see the advertized Sorento. Another half hour later the salsman tells me the Sorento is sold but wants to show me another one for $2,000 more. I said no thanks and left. As I was leaving I called Autoworld on my cell phone and asked if they had the advertized Sorento there at the advertized price. I was told yes, the car is here, when can you come and see it? I told the salesman I am there now and but was told the car is sold, he put me on hold and never came back on the line. So, if you see a car advertized by Autoworld and call to see if it's there, it's there. But when you go in person, it's suddenly not there. Amazingly, Autoworld is still emailing me these unbeleivable internet prices! More
These people will do anything to robb you. A 199 lease with 2599 down turned out to be 5,400 down by just changing the wheels. In addition, the finance guy made some bogus deal to get the deal thru beca with 2599 down turned out to be 5,400 down by just changing the wheels. In addition, the finance guy made some bogus deal to get the deal thru because he claims he couldn't get a bank to approve the loan. ( Even though it was supposed to go through Kia Finance) As of today, almost two months after the lease, I haven't gotten anything in the mail regarding payment or payment booklets for the lease. Also, no auto deduction has been made to my checking account since that was supposed to be the case. We'll see how long it takes them to get in touch before I have to get a lawyer. More
Horrible experience...literally walked out of dealership and called another brand's dealership we had visited and said we would purchase. When came in with price it was completely out of wack and when we told the person, he started putting lower prices in front of us and crossing out prices we shook our heads to. Crazy! The complete streotype of a dealership...I can't imagine what the service would be like. More

Went in for a 2008 Jeep Liberty with 22K miles advertised on the internet for $14999. We called the day before to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot & available. We were told that it was. That afternoon a sales woman named Addy called our home to ask us when we would be in to look at the jeep. We said the next morning & she said that's great. When we got to the dealership the next morning, Addy told us that the jeep was on the lift and being serviced & would be ready for us to look at around 5PM. We told her that we just drove an hour to get here & were not coming back at 5pm. I asked her why the jeep is being serviced now when it was on the internet all week. She told us that this jeep was just taken into the dealership last night. I said how could that be when it was on the internet 3 days ago. She tells us "oh, that jeep sold 2 days ago, but this jeep is identical". When I asked her what the mileage was she said 33K. I said well then this jeep should be priced less than the internet one that had 22K miles on it. She said she would go and check the price. She comes back & says $19800. I said what the hell are you talking about, the jeep in your internet ad was $14999. She tells us oh that price was a misprint. CAN YOU SAY "BAIT & SWITCH" ?? - This place is an absolute JOKE !!!! Don't go near the joint. My wife called the dealership later on to complain to the Sales Manager & tell him what happened. He says to her "well what do you want me to do fire the girl, that's not going to happen. I don't know what to tell ya" and he hangs up on my wife. With a manager like that no wonder the place is a hole !!!!!!. More
We had bought a Sorrento from them about a year and half ago and dealt with a different salesman who was nice but no longer there. Being a repeat customer I thought I would be treated with respect but no. When greated we told him what we wanted and was told that I could not get that car for the price I wanted. Was told that we would have to get the Rio, not the Rio 5 for that price. I told him we needed a hatch back. After looking at Soul, we sat down while he went and got us price on Rio 5, they do not have on lot and I understood that, but that was one we were replacing and what I wanted. When he came back with base price I was outraged as I had looked up on website before hand and knew that $18000 was to high, that it was really around $16000, plus the $1000 rebate. We got up to leave and treated even ruder when he made comment that it will a long time before we get a great rebate. Well went to Karp Kia right after and got the car I wanted for the price I wanted, with no problem. More
This place has got to be kidding me.. 1st of all, Steve was more interested in telling me about his background and his wall street days than sell me a car.. Then they advertise a car for 10k and then when I get there and they hold my cc hostage, they hand me a payment schedule that equals 23k. WHAT YOU SAY? Oh yes, They pull a bait and switch on me, then want me to buy into his explanation that I shouldn't look at the total buy out cost.. Are there people out there that falls for this? You would imagine that these days are over in 2011, but they are not.. If you buy a car from this place, don't say you haven't been warned! More
