I was able to make the deal over the phone with Mike and he set me up with Josh to finish the transaction. I was able to come in, 1,2,3 complete all the paperwork and be out of there in less than an hour. I knew the car I was getting was located in another dealership close to 2 hours away. So Josh himself drove the 2 hours to pickup my new car, and delivered it right to my driveway the next night. I was blown away. It started with Mike and ended with Josh. As I titled this review: It was Stellar Sales and Super Service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I agree with previous reviews. No pressure, no hassle, very friendly and professional. They did everything they could to give me a fair price on a 2015 Sorento. My experience with my salesperson Ernest an very friendly and professional. They did everything they could to give me a fair price on a 2015 Sorento. My experience with my salesperson Ernest and Cindy in finance was very good. I was offered more on my trade from other dealers and there was an extra fee attached to my lease in addition to first month and DMV plate transfer which I wasn't aware of until it came time to pay. They immediately made it right. I will follow up in 5 months after the first service, but so far so good. I would absolutely recommend Autoworld Kia based on my experience so far. More

While I DID come to Autoworld Kia already knowing almost exactly what I wanted—therefore voiding the need to persuade me into picking a Kia over any other comparable make/model—I can still say that I felt t exactly what I wanted—therefore voiding the need to persuade me into picking a Kia over any other comparable make/model—I can still say that I felt the quality of service was on a higher tier than I'd expected. I'm more of a straight-to-the-point kind of person (even when I DON'T know exactly what I'm looking for), and can easily detect sales gimmicks and runarounds. This was not an issue with Autoworld Kia. My salesman (Eddie) didn't give me any false impressions or alluring promises; he didn't apply pressure or dangle temporary offers; he didn't persistently call me, or follow up with their great new $1/month less offer. Eddie was clear, concise, straight-to-the-point, knowledgable about the wares he peddles, and seemed to truly be involved in getting me the best offers. It was more of a "bing, bang, boom" kind of transaction. I was presented with straight facts, not half or warped truths. One thing I REALLY noticed and appreciated that was different (I went to one other Kia dealership on the Island beforehand) was in regards to my trade-in. I NEEDED to get a specific price for my existing vehicle just to cover the remainder of its loan—not to mention the fact that it was really worth MORE than what I owed. At the first Kia dealer I went to, my trade-in was appraised at $2,000 lower than the LOWEST trade-in value found online (there are normally four different levels of value listed online). Although they knew this insulting valuation factor was the only thing holding back my purchase of a new vehicle, there was no budging with them. Well, Autoworld Kia, in juxtaposition, refused to even give me an appraisal until they could provide one that was at least MODERATELY acceptable. They didn't just have an appraisal manager open up their monthly "Galves." In fact, Autoworld Kia shopped around my vehicle, seeking a potential market for it so they could provide that reasonable amount. As it turns out, they ended up giving me $1,500 more than I was offered at the other dealership. While this is still much lower than I had hoped, $1,500 is still a lot of money, and a huge improvement than the first Kia dealer I visited—especially when all I had to do was drive just 20 minutes in the other direction. Autoworld Kia in east meadow,ny.Today I visited this dealership. Everything was going great until the car that I made the deal for was shown to me. My salesman was great. He worked up the deal that I needed with the manager Steve. I picked out the interior and exterior color which I was told was in stock. After completing the paperwork and having the down payment charged to my credit card, I was shown a different color car with different interior. When I explained that this is what I wanted, I was told by Steve that for the deal that I made, this was the only car he could offer me. I was so upset and disappointed. When I tried to talk with Steve , he told me that there was nothing else that he could do. I then asked for my credit card to be credited and was told by Steve that it would have to wait until tomorrow. He said the accounting dept was closed. I have purchased many cars in the past 35 years and this was the worst experience that I have ever had. After spending 3 hours at the dealership, negotiating a deal, filling out paperwork, charging my credit card, I left this dealership very angry and upset and with no car. The customer service that this manager presented is awful. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Marcel was the first face I saw upon walking into dealership and he was very welcoming. When I realized he was the young man I would be talking with I was happy because he showed concern when I walke dealership and he was very welcoming.
