Great experience I have been to several dealerships and I was treated not the best to say the least. After two dealerships ran my credit I was given the run around f I have been to several dealerships and I was treated not the best to say the least. After two dealerships ran my credit I was given the run around for days and left on hold many times. I walked in to Autoworld Kia and was greeted by Ty and was treaded great. We spoke to the gentleman who handles the financing and he worked up an even lower monthly payment if we leased the car....needless to say we left the same day driving a new Kia Sorento! More

Or your a female & you walk into a dealer ship with a guy, the sales ppl talk to the guy--hello the car is not for the guy! Well i am a female who went looking for a car and i met Josh, mind you i wouldnt really talk to Josh cause i was already dealing with Sam via email and didnt want him to lose out on the sale! josh patiently waited & one i met sam & sam explained that he handles the internet and that Josh would be helping me from that point on. Oh. Josh understood where i was coming from and said no worries. he proceeded to show me a car he thought i would like and was asking me what exactly i was looking for and he listened. i left with a gently used kia sportage & happy as a clam. so if you want to buy/lease a car without the headache or being pressured-go see Josh i know from my experience i will be back and i recommend him highly! tell josh -Fran sent you! Worst Dealer In The World Walked in to lease a Kia Optima, was greeted by Sean B. Walked around looking at cars, test drove the Premium EX, loved it. Sat down to talk numbers a Walked in to lease a Kia Optima, was greeted by Sean B. Walked around looking at cars, test drove the Premium EX, loved it. Sat down to talk numbers and gave him all my info for my trade in etc. He walked over to management and came back to state that the 410$ per month offer was approved and I was good to go. I called insurance and set up the new car on it (Geico, they charged my account and took the money out). He told me everything was all set and I signed the paperwork and they started to get the car prepped. After 20 minutes of sitting and waiting happy as can be, Sean came over and said there was a "Small Problem," and that I was in fact not approved. I was enraged. They then made me wait (keeping the keys to my "trade in" hostage by the way) for about 45 minutes before telling me i would only be approved for a lease of a lesser vehicle for 550 a month. I said this was ridiculous and they then proceeded to argue with my girlfriend when she asked nicely if there was anything they could do in my price range. Seeing as how they charged my credit card for the 200 dollar deposit on my "new car," I had to then get a receipt for a refund and also call Geico back to give me my money back and cancel the insurance on the car I didn't actually buy. Oh, and the whole time Sean was on his phone on instagram and charging his E-Cigarette non-chalantly walking around the dealership doing nothing. They also were acting like they were doing me a favor giving me the price they gave me without giving me any discount whatsoever. Bizarre, enraging, outrageous, experience to say the very least. Never, ever, ever go to this dealership - you will leave disappointed and ripped off. More
VERY UNHAPPY!!!! Went into dealership and was helped by a salesman who gave me a fair car price. Everything I questioned on the contract was given some sort of explanation that was misleading and I ended up signing for ***$10,000*** more than what the price I was told was. Not only that but the finance person also told me I was required to spend $2500 on an extended warranty which I was later told that was a LIE. Every time I went to the dealership or called to have this enormous fraudulent contract corrected I was ignored or put on hold or hung up on. I have tried everything and now I am stuck PAYING DOUBLE for a car that is worth 16,000. Very unhappy and would never recommend going here since they do not know how to follow up or correct their mistakes and until then I will continue to warn every single person I come across. More

Fully Satisfied I recently had a bad experience at another dealership, so coming to Kia I was a bit leery. Dimitri was out on the lot when I pulled up so he was the o I recently had a bad experience at another dealership, so coming to Kia I was a bit leery. Dimitri was out on the lot when I pulled up so he was the one who helped us. I was going to shop around at other dealerships, but I was sort of set on the Kia Soul as it provided what I needed in a smaller car than I was currently driving. I wound up leasing the base model of a 2014 Kia Soul and I couldn't be happier. Dimitri was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He answered every single question my mother and I threw at him without hesitation. I would recommend my friends who are looking to buy or lease to come to AutoWorld Kia before they go anywhere else, and to see Dimitri. I love my car. Thank you again! More

I told him what I was looking for and he was immediately receptive, keeping within my price range & specific needs. He was extremely informative, and what impressed me most was his diligence to work with me, not work around me. There was absolutely zero pressure from the moment I stepped on the lot. The entire staff at Auto World Kia was friendly, constantly checking in or assisting me if needed. I never felt unattended or forgotten. Danny went above and beyond to assist me, making the experience priceless. I drove off the lot a month ago with my Kia Forte, and since then I am still treated with the utmost attention if I call in with a question, or show up to get something as little as touch up paint. This is an amazing team. More
