Aren't brakes and rotors somewhat important and something that is supposed to be checked before selling a car? Never going again. They just lost two customers More

Six months since our 2016 Sedona’s warrantied engine died. We provided multiple copies of supporting documents to show we maintained the car and that it was a defective engine. Only 50k miles. $8k in re died. We provided multiple copies of supporting documents to show we maintained the car and that it was a defective engine. Only 50k miles. $8k in rentals because they didn’t have loaners supposedly. Corporate Kia has lied and ghosted us. We have multiple complaints into multiple agencies. If we had had our vehicle towed to Kia in Yonkers instead of AutoWorld we wouldn’t be living this nightmare. More
I purchased a pre owned Kia Soul from Autoworld in 2019 and have consistently had nothing but a great experience with the service department and their fine professional staff. Jeff has always shown me not and have consistently had nothing but a great experience with the service department and their fine professional staff. Jeff has always shown me nothing but courtesy and care whenever I bring in my car for maintenance or repair. Vinny in charge of the service department is a gentleman who always makes a point to come over and say hello. I am always updated on part orders as the parts department is top notch. Just another crooked dealer here. Dealership was empty, but had to wait 45 minutes after test driving car and agreeing on price before speaking with finance manager. I was told they were having trouble getting my credit score. Funny, when I applied for an auto loan the previous day through a different bank, I received a credit response in 15 seconds. Then, after doing a hard credit pull and offering me a ridiculously high finance rate with my excellent credit, finance manager Ray lied about other finance options that would not be available to me, even though I confirmed before visiting the dealership. Even with his inflated finance rates, the monthly payment was much higher than it should have been. I ran the math on my own and found that he somehow snuck in another $5000. I walked out of his office shortly after because I didn't believe a word that came out of his mouth. Just stay away. Very sneaky and dishonest. More

I bought an extended protection policy and it turned out to be garbage.Had the vehicle for 2+ years & 8000 miles & paid $3000. & interest on it.Bring it in for repairs & nothing is covered.They told me it’s to be garbage.Had the vehicle for 2+ years & 8000 miles & paid $3000. & interest on it.Bring it in for repairs & nothing is covered.They told me it’s only covered for 10 years from the day it was manufactured not when I bought it. I would not recommend this dealer what’s so ever. They don’t tell you about all the hidden package that they add on (5k) and if they told you about it, you would opt out. Also, had my father going in to be a co signer, which they did electronic signatures and once we left, they made him the primary in which they never informed us until I had to call up the bank to sign up for website to pay the loan. Great car, just xxxxty xxx dealer with employees who don’t give a xxxx about you. More
