Horrible Experience Do not go here. Recently leased a vehicle in March and was told that we could just drop off our previous leased car to them when we picked up our new Do not go here. Recently leased a vehicle in March and was told that we could just drop off our previous leased car to them when we picked up our new car and that they would return it. April rolls around and we find out that the car hadn't been returned by Autoworld Kia and is just sitting in their lot. We call the manager and they just say they'll take care of it, no apology, nothing. We asked them to reimburse us for the money that we now owe Toyota due to their mistake and they said they would. And even after contacting Kia corporate two weeks ago, it's almost July and we haven't received any sort of compensation. UPDATE: They called us on June 26th and tried to reimburse us for just one months of lease instead of the TWO that we were charged for. No contact from then whatsoever. Amazingly, we find out two weeks ago that Toyota refunded us the two extra months of lease that we ended up paying because of Kia. And today (July 18th) we go into get the car serviced (service was good) and find out that Kia did not contact Toyota at all and Toyota just refunded the fees because they have amazing customer service. We get home today and get a call from Kia claiming that they were gonna reimburse us TODAY AFTER we had already told them that Toyota refunded our money. What a laugh. Never buying a car from this place again. More
Outstanding service. I brought my 2016 Kia Sorento in for it's scheduled maintenance and was greeted by Darnelle Jeannot. He was personable, professional and friendly. I I brought my 2016 Kia Sorento in for it's scheduled maintenance and was greeted by Darnelle Jeannot. He was personable, professional and friendly. I mentioned a potential problem with the car. Darnelle looked at it immediately and was able to resolve the "problem". Then I went in to dealership to officially register for my servicing. I was greeted by Michele Gerdon. She was very welcoming and highly knowledgeable about the service needed for my car. Michele discussed exactly what the service would entail and recommended a few additional options that would ultimately save me time and money. I never felt pressured and the options made sense. Michele is definitely an asset to the service department. She exhibits all the qualities you would want and expect from a customer service representative - professionalism, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and outgoing and just an overall wonderful person. More

He thoroughly explained the issues, and options I had, and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the result. A great customer experience. I was new to using this dealership for service, but will now make Autoworld Kia my designated spot for all future servicing. More
Brought car in for oil change and recall I brought my Kia in for oil change, they said their was also a recall on it. They gave me a loaner car because they needed it over night. New Car Sales Person and Dealer rating I had such a pleasant stress-free experience at Kia AutoWorld in East Meadow, New York this past Saturday, April 15th. My sales person was Matthew O I had such a pleasant stress-free experience at Kia AutoWorld in East Meadow, New York this past Saturday, April 15th. My sales person was Matthew Olive who couldn't do enough to help me purchase a vehicle. The most friendliest, helpful, personable and thorough sales person, even though it was a day before a holiday. He is so efficient and made this experience of purchasing a vehicle so stream-lined. He didn't forget one item of my needs in a vehicle. When we test drove the vehicle we even stopped close by to my 90 year old parents and he was so gracious and friendly to them. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Matt. The dealership even has their own in-house DMV. So when picking up my vehicle today, all was done, plates, registration, inspection, They even have a great plan to get two oil changes and tire rotations a year. Their service department even has the option for a loaner vehicle if something major (God forbid) happens. Highly recommend this dealership and again especially Matthew Olive. More
Excellent & friendly service! Joe Rossetti was very patient with my son and I when we came in to buy a used car. My son was not sure which car he wanted in the price range he could afford. Joe took him on several test drives and made sure he was happy with the car he chose. Joe was very friendly and made purchasing the car a very easy transition for him. I recommend everyone to ask for Joe! He is the best!! Ty was also wonderful with the financial part of purchasing the car! More
