After going to a couple of places to look for a new compact SUV, I walked in here expecting the Andrew Silverman was the best dealer I've worked with. After going to a couple of places to look for a new compact SUV, I walked in here expecting the same song and dance you get from every car dealer. Andrew took the time to go over every question I had. He showed me the models and we negotiated a price that was within what I was looking to spend. Never met a more friendly dealer! Never did I feel like he was trying to get one over on me. They bought out my old lease, and got me into exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend him for anyone looking to lease a car! More
No hassle car Leasing I was shopping around for a 2017 Optima. Had gotten some pricing elsewhere and stopped in to chat. Spoke to Joe. Great guy. Great service I took.my car into Autoworld Kiawah to have some work done. Pete was great. I always wait for my Kia and the waiting area is comfortable and I am informed the status of my service during the course of time I am waiting. Michele Gerdan is awesome! It's true. She is, as is the rest of Autoworld Kia Team. I was made aware that my Sedona needed servicing just days before we were supposed to drive It's true. She is, as is the rest of Autoworld Kia Team. I was made aware that my Sedona needed servicing just days before we were supposed to drive away on vacation. I am fortunate to have several Kia service facilities nearby. Unfortunately, they were all booked up including Autoworld Kia. When I explained my dilema to Michele, she committed herself to helping me get my car repaired on time for our vacation. She made sure that she would be there when I dropped the car off, they got it repaired ahead of schedule and her communication was fantastic throughout. (She can also expertly drive a car through their busy lot with only inches of clearance like a pro. That's a skill!). Fantastic car repair experience. Who gets to say that? Thank you very much! More
30,000 Mile Maintenance I have been coming to AutoWorld KIA for my service needs since I started leasing my KIA Optima from them in July 2015. The main reason I keep coming I have been coming to AutoWorld KIA for my service needs since I started leasing my KIA Optima from them in July 2015. The main reason I keep coming back is the Service provided by Michele Gerdon. I trust that she has my best interest and safety in mind and wouldn't go anywhere else as long as I can continue to deal with her for all my maintenance needs.
