Returning Customer We went in for a used vehicle and drove out with a brand new 2018 Kia Sportege. Our sales person, Joe Rozzetta who was recommended by our sales pers We went in for a used vehicle and drove out with a brand new 2018 Kia Sportege. Our sales person, Joe Rozzetta who was recommended by our sales person who has moved out of state. Joe was very pleasant greeting us outside and took us through all the steps. We are not new to Kias as we now have 3 vehicles from Autoworld so we knew what to expect. We explained what we wanted to pay and he made it happen. I would refer him to anyone!! The Sales Manager, Steve is another story. We have a Forte since April and are very unhappy with it. It is very difficult to get in and out of. We were told he will see what he can do. After our deal with the Sportege was finalized, Steve told us to call Monday. After our deal was complete, Steve said he cannot help us. We understood the finance issue but he refused our calls and had the receptionist tell us. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. We are hoping when one of our car leases are completed, he is not the manager because we will go to another dealer. It is very sad because Joe was exceptional from start to finish. Joe understood what our needs were and worked hard to get it done. Never once, refusing a call or text. We are hoping things will change so we can continue working with Joe. More
