Breaking down four hours from home is never fun. Our Promaster based camper van developed a major coolant leak as we limped in to Autoworld Dodge RAM. Jake greeted us and gave us an honest assessmen Our Promaster based camper van developed a major coolant leak as we limped in to Autoworld Dodge RAM. Jake greeted us and gave us an honest assessment that it would be at least a day for a repair. Most dealerships turn down repairs on vans that have been modified as RV's. The radiator and lower hose were replaced by the next morning. Unfortunately, the van lost coolant again 15 miles away from the dealership. A belt driving an aftermarket extra aftermarket generator had cut the hose. Rather than turning us away, the mechanic slightly rerouted the hose to avoid the belt issue, then checked for any problems. There was no charge for the second fix. We're all good now. Thank you to Jake and the team at Autoworld. More
