I contacted Autova on a Saturday about a 2018 Ram 1500 and decided to check it out in person. After test driving, I noticed the traction control light was on and the paint had chips. The salesman assured and decided to check it out in person. After test driving, I noticed the traction control light was on and the paint had chips. The salesman assured me both would be fixed before I picked it up. After purchasing, I waited over a week before being told the truck was ready. Hours before pickup, I was informed the part for the traction control light hadn’t arrived. I declined pickup but later changed my mind. When I arrived, the paint chips hadn’t been fixed. I was told I’d need to bring it back for that and again to Dodge for the traction control repair—highly inconvenient given I live 40 minutes away and need the truck for work. Autova said they’d schedule me for the paint fix, and Dodge would call when the part arrived. After nearly two weeks of silence, I called Dodge, who claimed they had no record of the repair. After back-and-forth between Dodge and Autova, I was told the part wouldn’t arrive for 2-3 weeks—only to get a call days later saying it was in. Meanwhile, the truck developed a front-end squeak. Since I had a 30-day service guarantee, I called Autova, who told me to have Dodge diagnose it. Dodge said it was the brakes. Autova, claiming the brakes were new and under warranty, agreed to replace them. Before my brake appointment, the transmission started slipping. When I brought the truck in, I asked them to check it. Later, they told me they wouldn’t replace the brakes because their tech couldn’t confirm the noise came from them and couldn’t get the truck to duplicate the transmission issue—despite it slipping daily for me. They then said they’d order a part for the squeak but later called saying they needed me to bring the truck back for a measurement. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Months in, I’ve had more trouble with this truck than the one I replaced. Terrible communication, repeated inconvenience, and unresolved issues make me regret ever buying from Autova. The metal key was NEVER cut to work for my car. Its a standard metal key that has not been cut. I reached out to AutoVA on 2/18/25 to find a resolution and have my key cut to unlock my vehicle. I was told that Chris from Sales would return my call. 2/19, no call. 2/20, no call. 2/21, no call. 2/21, no call. I called the dealership back each day, understanding people are busy and maybe forgot. I was told "We've told him several times to return your call." Finally, on 2/22, I comment on a facebook post of Chris. He deletes my comment and instantly facebook messages me saying there is nothing he can do. It took me almost a week, and resorting to facebook, just to get a response. Regardless, I should have been sold a vehicle with a working key. A key to access the vehicle. To unlock and start the vehicle if the battery dies. I have not had access to my car in almost a week. Went almost a week without a response. This is unacceptable. More

I was sold a CX9 lemon here back in February within the last 10 months it has been in the shop more than a dozen times. I had to go months at a time without a vehicle. It broke down on me the 2 times I tri last 10 months it has been in the shop more than a dozen times. I had to go months at a time without a vehicle. It broke down on me the 2 times I tried taking it out of town. Whenever I took it to Autova to be worked on the mechanics there either couldn't fix the issue and told me I would have to take it to the mazda dealer or they would attempt to fix the issue and would break something else in the process. For example they disconnected my airbag while trying to fix a heated seat and I had to drive without a working airbag for 2 weeks. Another time they messed up the front body of my vehicle when working on a leak. Eventually after many issues with this car it ended up needed a whole new engine. I was promised by management at Autova that they are trying to do better with the company and would make this right and take care of me. Well in the end that was only the case if I bought another vehicle from them and agreed to over $5,000 in extended warranties and gap insurance. When I declined the extras they went back on giving me what I owed on my vehicle and I ended up paying them over $3,000 just to sell it back to them! More
