The staff was polite and helpful, but . .. I sat around for two hours before my problem was diagnosed and then told that they didn't have the correct part. Also didn't have the part for the .. I sat around for two hours before my problem was diagnosed and then told that they didn't have the correct part. Also didn't have the part for the recall that I had made an appointment for a week earlier. I was charged $117 for a diagnosis for a problem that you couldn't fix for a lack of a part and then I had the work done else where for 70% of the estimated cost by you, not counting the cost of the diagnosis. Someone scheduled my appointment on Saturday, I drove 45+ minutes and found out they weren’t open. I was rescheduled for Monday, took a day off work because of the mid-scheduling & then they gave me a very s minutes and found out they weren’t open.
