Bill (product specialist) Ian (sales manager) and Jose (finance manager). All three made this purchase of my 2024 Acura MDX a pleasure. It was so simple and they treated me great. The process was quick and easy and they gave me a great price on my new vehicle. They all took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The service is always great. The issue is the following: Both of my cars have a 5 quart oil capacity. One oil change was $95 and the other was $80. I asked and they said the rate schedule had changed for certain years. It still doesn’t make any sense. Same quantity and an oil filter???I think I’ll be changing my own oil again or finding another place where the pricing is consistent. More
