Pre sale conversation over emails with Meghan was very good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A simple smile and greeting to welcome were missing. We certainly don't look for pushy sales tactics. But we felt like unwelcome people with the poor level of service we received during the visit. When the vehicle was ready for delivery, the sales person didn't even offer to show us the basic features of the car! He was like, "ok... here are the keys... what else you want" kind of look. Similarly, no follow up call to let us know when the plates, registration card and title was ready. We got a car that has a luxury brand but the overall experience was anything but luxury. More

I can’t thank Mark enough for all his assistance in my recent debacle regarding my TLX 2019 Acura. I reached out to my current Acura dealership to no avail. Steve and especially Mark went out of their way recent debacle regarding my TLX 2019 Acura. I reached out to my current Acura dealership to no avail. Steve and especially Mark went out of their way to assist me and point me in the right directions until I finally was able to tow my car to their facility. Once I got to the facility, Mark was there to greet me and expedite diagnosing what my cars problem was. Not only diagnosed what my problem was, but expedited servicing my car, so that it was done within three hours. By the way, I live two hours away and he went over and above what any other person did for me. It was so very appreciated. Steve and Mark are an asset to your company, hold onto them!
