First off I'll start by saying that I live in the Virgin Islands. I saw there listing on auto-trader and they were selling for 2011 Acura RDX. I spoke with Frankie and in the beginning everything was Virgin Islands. I saw there listing on auto-trader and they were selling for 2011 Acura RDX. I spoke with Frankie and in the beginning everything was nice and smooth, so I sent my payment for the vehicle which was $18,800. After sending my payment I realized that the vehicle was damaged. I demanded some pictures of the damaged area which was never sent to me so I decided I wanted to cancel the transaction. They never admitted to the damage until after I decided I was not go through with the purchase. It's been over three weeks and I still haven't received my refund. More

I cannot recommend highly enough Acura of Denville. I leased an RLX and my salesperson was Chip Wimmershoff and he was great to work with. He made me feel very comfortable which I found rare having visit leased an RLX and my salesperson was Chip Wimmershoff and he was great to work with. He made me feel very comfortable which I found rare having visited other dealerships before going to Acura of Denville. Everyone there was very friendly and the the entire process couldn't have gone better. I worked with Mike Fazio (finance manager) and he too was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and truly took an interest in me to make sure I my needs were taken care of. So if your in the market for an Acura this is the place to buy it. Chip Wimmershoff was terrific and would highly recommend him. If you're shopping around, don't start at Acura of Denville make it your last stop. Its the place to buy your new car from! More
I've purchased plenty of vehicles in the past 20 years and I have to say that Acura of Denville is indeed the best experience one can encounter. Gregg was super helpful, informative and patient with us throughout the whole transaction. We were torn between 3 vehicles and he took the time to walk us through each individual car to waive our options. When we narrowed down the vehicle we wanted, the manager, Erik D, spent time to work out the negotiations. A true, knowledgeable and professional leader that definitely caters to the customers needs. We were not sure what to expect when the "boss" came out to finalize the deal but this was totally opposite of what we expected. I have already referred 2 customers to Acura of Denville and will spread the word everywhere to friends, family and coworkers looking for a vehicle. Hands down a great staff and a great vehicle! More
Their Internet prices were relatively low... but when I showed up unannounced I found the car in poor condition -- literally rusting on the lot. I walked into the dealership to buy an 2014 MDX. Unfortunately I go the worst salesman ever and I think the worst one at Acura of Denville "Chip Wimmershoff". He will agree to whatever you say and t Unfortunately I go the worst salesman ever and I think the worst one at Acura of Denville "Chip Wimmershoff". He will agree to whatever you say and then at contract signing blindly refuse that he had agreed. Also, his knowledge is absolutely ZERO about the cars and available offers. He simply lied to me about the offers (They had an offer for base models) and he knew I was not interested in the base model, even then he said "I spoke to the manager in accounts" you are covered for a promotional Where as I finally ended up with much higher rate even with excellent credit. Also, throughout the process he never told me that they did not have the car in stock . During the initial contract signing he said to "get the paperwork going and to fix the price, it would help if you pay a small deposit", again I did not have a problem paying the deposit but he upfront lied to me about the reason for the deposit. He needed the deposit to get the car from another dealer. And the worst part he said the car will be here in 24-48 hours...and in reality it took 2 weeks. The first time I followed up after two days he said the weather is bad but we have secured the car, next time --some issue with the other dealer etc etc.... Tired of all constant lying, I reached out to the manger(Mike) and went through the process with Frankie Florey(which was a cake walk). Finally got my MDX. I would suggest everybody not to deal with Chip Wimmershoff and instead ask for Frankie. Frankie Florey and Mike mike are the best More
