I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of each person I dealt with from the outstanding Internet Manager, Frankie Florey, to the superb sales person, Steve Victor, and the excellent finance manager, Michael Fazio. Steve, in particular, was so helpful as he went through the features of the car in great detail so I understood how each operated. He knew the car inside and out and was able to address every question that I had. His demeanor was such that I thought I was talking with a friend instead of a sales person.
