We went home, did our research, and returned to the dealership quite excited about making the purchase. Steve made the process easy and enjoyable. Mike (finance) was just as great. Our salesman, Mike was very professional and what pleased me from the start was there was never any pressure or hustle from him to buy the car (although he did try with each visit to get me in the car that day, it wasn't offensive or pushy).. Even the follow up we had which was phone calls every few days but never with a pressure pitch, but I knew Mike wanted our business, and that is certainly not a negative.. Getting to the final price, is always a process of waiting for the sales person to speak with the manager, but that felt appropriate as well, unlike other dealerships that can feel manipulative. This is my first Acura so I do not know how the service department will be to work with , but I am sure it will be as easy and professional to deal with as the buying experience. The loan and contract signing experience was also quick and professional as well. More

Superior Experience Three years ago my husband and I chose to lease an RDX from Acura of Denville. As the end of the lease approached we met with Meghan Pakenham when we had our vehicle in for service. Meghan spent time going over the options and in the end she explained that it would be better for us financially if we waited to get closer to the July end date. First, it was refreshing to have a sales professional be honest in order to benefit the customer. One week ago Meghan called an explained that there were some great opportunities for me to move in to a new lease. She talked with me about what vehicle and options I was interested in and said she would be in touch. In a matter of an hour she was back with the figures and informed me of the reward points that I earned for having my previous lease serviced at the dealership. Again saving me money! From start to finish Meghan was fantastic to work with thru the process. It is my opinion that Meghan is a superior service professional and an asset to your organization. I love my new RDX and look forward to seeing Meghan each time I come in to have my car serviced. More
