They have made our 2016 MDX leasing process a pleasant, unforgettable and an enjoyable experience. We were asked what we wanted and we were never forced into anything. Although the dealership closed early on May 30 (2 pm), Jane and Michael did not rushed us in making our decision and simply waited on us patiently. Michael walked us through the features of the MDX (answered all our questions and concerns), Frankie ensured that we understand everything about our lease (it was the quickest paper work process that we have ever experienced) and Jane, she simply stepped in, talked to us in a most relaxed and casual conversation and made everything happened without compromising the trade in value of my old vehicle. Since the features and engine response improvements were significant enough for me I had a mail-in offer to upgrade my current 2015 MDX to a 2016 MDX. Since the features and engine response improvements were significant enough for me, i decided to take the offer if it was financially attractive. Starting with Meghan and then with Steve Victor and Mike in Finance, i was helped through the process in a very smooth manner. Despite being a relatively busy day, i was in and out in 3 hours! I drove my car off the lot within a couple of hours of closing the deal and I do not have to return as they took care of the insurance, registation, and permanent plates for me. I LOVE my MDX (this is the 3rd one I have had). It feels like the ultimate in luxury. I can not say enough about the car or this dealership. He was also willing to work with me on the cost, trade in value of my old vehicle, etc. His sales manager Jane was excellent to work with as well. The car I wanted was on the lot. I arrived there late in the day and they would have done everything possible to have me drive away that night even if it meant working past closing. I want to be clear that I tend to only give 4 stars as I always feel there is room for improvement. Though I think Steve was excellent. More

We agreed on lease condition and cost over the phone, and by the time I arrived to the dealership the main part of paperwork has been already done. With issue of new registration and license plates in the dealership, the whole procedure took less then 1.5 hours.
