He knows everything and explain them to me in a perfectly simple way (Planet Honda just threw me a brochure to read.). He showed me all the colors outside (not in the catalogue, like Planet Honda did.) He was not "pushy" at all, but took genuinely good and wise approach to convince me to buy MDX. MDX can sell itself, but Glenn did more as sales. At this point of my life, I still think Pilot made more sense, but I wanted to buy MDX from Glenn. That says how good Glenn was. AND I am very very happy with MDX. More

The car was exactly as described, the price the same as advertised. Steve went out of his way to give us a great experience, Michael Fazio made the buying process wash and we ended up driving home with a new car that night with no qualms whatsoever that we could have done better anywhere else.
