The minute my dad and I walked in, we instantly got this warm and welcoming vibe from the staff. Steve is so knowledgeable on the cars inside and out, and made me feel so at ease on our test drive! He didn't make us feel pressured at all and allowed my family and I to discuss our thoughts privately. He was quick to answer our questions and patient as we waited for the insurance binder to be faxed over. I am very excited to be driving my beautiful new RDX, and look forward to returning to the dealership for oil changes/tire rotations as all the staff members were welcoming and friendly. (They also have great snacks and a zen room to hang out in while you wait!) I would HIGHLY recommend coming in to see them, especially Steve. Super pleased with my entire experience. More

Terrific Experience We drove an hour from Monmouth County to see a pre-owned BMW this dealership had for sale. Our salesman, John Machado, had the car pulled up and ready for us. We went on two test drives so both myself, and my husband, could see if we liked it. We did! While buying a pre-owned car and trading in one is usually as far from fun as you can get, this came pretty close. John was terrific! If he didn't have an answer to a question, he was honest and told us so and then went and got the answer. He was polite, professional and kind. Mark Vacca, the used car manager, was just as great. There was no game playing; we told them what we hoped for, and he was honest and told us what he could do, which truthfully was more than we had wanted to spend, but we knew was fair. What clinched the deal for us was the good trade-in value they gave us for our 2005 Honda. We had done our homework so we knew they were being fair with us. That, coupled with how truly nice it was to deal with them, made the entire process as pain free as possible. Both John and Mark were a pleasure to deal with, and I don't think I've ever said that about car salesmen before. Michael Fazio, the business manager was also great. The dealership provides free hot and cold drinks and snacks. Even though we don't live close by, I would not hesitate in the future to buy from them again. More

The delivery process was smooth and Steve took his time instructing us on all of the many features of the vehicle.
