Mike Fazio was very quick and straightforward in explaining all available extras (extended warranties, extra maintenance/insurance packages, etc) and did not push any of them . By far my overall experience with Team Autosport was my best auto purchasing experience ever. It was a total 180 from my previous purcasing experience with a neighboring Infiniti dealer which was by far my worst ever.....it was night and day. Went above and beyond! John helped us get my son's first car. It was a surprise for Christmas. The next morning after we purchased it, the tire was flat. He and a service tech, Christian, came to my house, personally, in the snow, to pick up the car and bring it to their shop. Rob, the service manager, called to keep me updated while they found the replacement tire. They even replaced the battery, just to "make it right," as Rob put it. I developed a quick trust in both him and the dealership. Michael Schaffer accompanied me on my test drive. He explained the features on the TLX model and walked me through the myriad of technology settings. Quite patient and very knowledgeable. His friendly, non-pressured presentation convinced me that I chose the right dealership.
