I couldn't be happier with my choice and all skepticism about switching from Mercedes Benz to Acura is I recently purchased a new 2017 RDX from Greg! I couldn't be happier with my choice and all skepticism about switching from Mercedes Benz to Acura is out the window! (literally!) Not only did I get all the luxury features I've enjoyed in my MB, I got so much more with all the new safety features and warnings packed into this smooth ride, at a fraction of the maintenance cost! I now have an option to use regular or "plus" gasoline and maintenance will be lower as well. The sales process was a smooth, no-pressure experience. I felt that Greg Schneider worked with me to address all questions, and I had many. I wanted to show the car to my mom and Greg was going to be out on the day when I could make it. Mark jumped right in seamlessly and took us for test drive! At the end of the process, Mike from Finance walked me through all the details and add'l options--given how much I drive, I chose the extended warranty--peace of mind. The team was very professional and warm. Highly recommend it! More

Finally we came back and bought MDX. 1) First good impression is always important. it make customer want to come back even if the decision is not made at the first visit. 2) sales person is the key. The qualities i value: friendly, patient, sincere, honest, reasonable, objective (about the car salesperson want to sell but also competing models from other brand). William is a such a great guy. After getting some better on line quotes from other dealers, they were willing to match the offer and we decided to purchase our new MDX from Denville because we felt more at ease with this dealership and our sales person than the other dealers. Once we closed the deal, the process did take a little longer than expected since we had to wait for service to put on accessories and also for the finance representative which is the main reason for the 4 stars vs 5. All in all, it was the smoothest car buying experience and we feel we received a good price. More
