Easy and pleasant experience buying a pre-owned Audi I had been in the market for a pre-owned Audi A5 and was getting a feed from CarGuru's. I had contacted about a dozen dealers over the course of 6 wee I had been in the market for a pre-owned Audi A5 and was getting a feed from CarGuru's. I had contacted about a dozen dealers over the course of 6 weeks - most of them was a horrible experience simply getting good information on the vehicles they had - they simply kept pushing me to come to see the car in person. Pete @ Acura of Denville answered all my questions (and more!) via email so I felt comfortable making the drive to the dealership (1 hour away). Pete's style is very laid back but professional. He answered every question quickly and was also quick to admit he wasn't an expert on the Audi (since he's an Acura guy), but still found answers to all my questions. As long as you can deal with his very bad jokes (just kidding!) he's a pleasure to work with. More
